    Very Bad Screen Control Design

    This is a very nice monitor but the design has a very undesirable feature where Samsung placed the screen controls on the back of the lower right side of the monitor. There is only one control that acts like a tiny joystick. This feature simply stinks. Samsung may have designed the controls this way due to the curved frame which, in my opinion, is not worth it. My previous Samsung monitor had separate buttons for controls. These worked great. I'm also having trouble with the monitor not being responsive when I am using it with an HDMI KVM switch that is connected to two PCs.

    My son was really looking forward to using this monitor after opening his gift. The package included the monitor, the stand and a wire that didn’t even belong to the monitor. I have no way to connect the monitor since it came with no wires, at all. I am so sad and I have a very disappointed 10 year old.

    The screen would not recognize light green shading in cells. Other than that it is a great monitor.

    Had the monitor for 3 weeks and it developed horizontal lines on the entire screen. It's off to a repair shop for warranty. So I'd have to say it's garbage.

    Look out for damage boxes

    Look good when I purchased it on the outside. Had a little punch hole in the box. Didn't think too much about it until I got home and was cracked, but best buy was good on return and helpful.

    I had 1 dead pixel within 3 weeks of buying this product. and they wouldn't do anything because there is a "15 day return window" but like ? what product from best buy will break in 15 days? poor service bad monitor . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual.

      Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

    I bought at least 6 of these and kept returning them one after the other. Terrible quality, always something wrong like loss of pixelation or led lighting issues.

    The monitor is tilted foward and there is no way to adjust it . It’s not put together from the back side .
