Terrible monitor. Since I am a huge Samsung fan, I thought I would give the monitor a try. At first, it worked great for a few weeks, however shortly after a line came through the screen. Since the line was toward the bottom and I moved states, I didn't bother returning it or contacting support. Gradually more lines appeared until the monitor finally gave out. Perhaps I got a defective one. If it weren't for these issues, I would have been quite satisfied with this monitor for a non-gaming monitor.

It’s ok. Honestly it should be $100 for the quality but it’s a monitor. If I wanted a fancy one I’d spend over $300 I have two hooked to a Mac mini. They do the job.

The plastic housing is flimsy and cheap in appearance (sort of like buying off brands that try hard to look nice) and after only 4-5 minutes of operation I noticed significant lag/jumping. I thought maybe I had a loose cable so I made sure the HDMI was completely seated. Turns out that its just the monitor. I suppose that this could just be a defect that is specific to this monitor, but I plan on returning it and purchasing a different brand.
In conclusion, there are many other monitors out there, for only a few dollars more, that would give you significantly better performance and quality of materials used.

Okay for gaming, but UNREADABLE text

I bought this based on the amazing reviews, and was shocked when I plugged it in and the text on the screen looked like some kind of 8-bit pixelated joke. I updated the drivers, tried the HDMI cable, adjusted the Clear Type settings... and it was horrific. If you mainly use this monitor for watching movies or gaming it'll be fine, but if you plan on looking at it to read anything at any point you'll hate it. I wish I'd seen more reviews that pointed this out so I thought I'd leave one myself after I returned it.

It is a useless piece of junk I have ever seen. A on/off switch

Average Color Output. Grainy Blacks

While the images are nice to look at, they lack a lot of color depth. The monitor doesn't reproduce the images very accurately. But the bigger annoyance with this monitor is its inability to work with blacks. Any video with slightest amount of black becomes grainy and noisy. Watching movies with darker color palette has become quite a pain as the pixelated dark patches divert your attention.

Never again. This monitor was nothing but trouble. It would shut off, and I've have to disconnect and reconnect the cable to laptop to make it work again. Try having to do this several times a day! Sent it in for repairs less than a year after purchase - worked fine for a couple months, and then back to same aggravating product as before. Couldn't pay me to buy it again!

I tried and tried to adjust the controls both on the monitor and thru my NVDIA GeForce control panel. I replaced a Sony 17" traditional monitor that was crystal clear. Will be sending this back and replacing with a better model.

Very disappointed in Best Buy's listing of this

I was really excited to pick up this monitor because I have had a hard time finding affordable ones that are compatible with Mac. The website showed that this was so I immediately put it in my cart and purchased it.
I set everything up, rearranged my entire office to find the perfect spot for this monitor only to find out that the listing that Best Buy placed was FALSE and that this monitor is NOT compatible with Mac.
Online help is worthless so I will be going to my nearest store and hopefully have this entire issue resolved.

Total garbage. The one button concept is a joke. The backlighting hotspots are hard on the eyes and I can NOT adjust any settings on my PC for this over-rated "monitor"

This monitor looked great in the store. Got it home and knew when I turned it on, it was not going to work for me. My excel spreadsheets looked like they had been written with a leaky pen. My very old HP monitor I was replacing had better clarity. Adjustments didn't help. I returned this monitor and purchased a Viewsonic. Now I'm happy.

I found the monitor by filtering specifically by DVI ports. The specs for this monitor listed 3 DVI ports... This monitor does not have any DVI ports. 1 HDMI, 1 VGA.. that's it. Totally not what I needed.

This is the second monitor that has broken for my husband, the screen randomly decided to crack. We are not getting this monitor again, it is ridiculous. This one lasted only 4 months, what a joke! Do yourself a favor and get something else.

Just purchased this. It may be a good monitor, but there are no oprions to adjust angle or height. We now need to place a book underneath monitor and another to adjust for the angle. If we didn’t throw the box away, would definitely return it. So disappointed.

We ordered 6 of these units. Shortly after a year, about a year and 3 months (Just outside of warranty) all 6 of the units have failed. The screens go crazy and no longer display images just random colors. All units were on UPS/Surge Protectors. Would not recommend this product.

Monitor was great, bought it on 11/28/2018. But now on 02/16/2019, it suddenly went black, won't turn on, and the power button won't even glow blue to indicate power. Didn't purchase a replacement plan so I presume my trip to the store won't go well.
