I have this plugged into a usb dong and my two monitors plugged into this dong. It's just for emails and spreadsheets so I only run 1080p. No Drivers to install. Can extend and duplicate my displays with the built-in display options. Super easy to use. It also matches the color of my new HP Laptop as well. Fits perfectly on my desk. Thanks-

Gave it 2 stars because they work ok when they work. One died after 12 months, just outside of warranty. The other developed an annoying driver issue with a phantom cursor stuck on Display 1. Driver issue but no driver updates since uses generic drivers and no firmware updates to OS updates leave it behind. Also only has 30Hz refresh and runs hot compared to Belkin which has 60Hz refresh. Expect no support on the 800 number.

My only hdmi input broke on my PC and I needed the input for both my digital tablet and my monitor. Although one problem is that my computer recognizes the device as an audio input or output as well and I did have a little trouble trying to find out why my audio did not go through my speakers. It wasn’t too hard of a fix at all either, just had to select the audio input and output devices and change the device type in device manager.

I’ve been struggling for almost a full year to find an adapter that supports my work and personal laptop. The market is saturated with adapters that only support usb 4 laptops. This is infuriating to those of us that take care of our laptops and our usb drivers stopped updating at usb 3. This is a simple plug and play adapter with no extra power required. Low cost and ease of use make this a no-brained buy.
