I didn’t even think to ask if the printer/copier did double sided as I wrongly assumed that was a standard feature. I wish the sales rep would have thought to say something If you need double sided printing/copying this product is not for you

That being said the print quality is fairly poor. You aren’t printing photos on this. Colors are very muted.

If you need to good color prints the ET8500 is a MUST. But this is sa nice at home printer if you only need black and white and color quality does not matter to you. HUGE SAVINGS ON INK!
