The vacuum is wonderful. It mapped out the house and does an incredible job cleaning. I have upgraded padding, but you could never feel the difference before. Now that Shark has taken over, the carpeting feels of higher quality. My floors have never looked better.

So far this thing is pretty fantastic. A huge upgrade from my previous Deebot. Pretty quick and does a great job cleaning up everything off the carpet. Covers every inch of the area. I like that you can map out the room an then tell it where not to go.

Brought this for my wife for Christmas and let me just say this, my brownie points are through the roof! Ok back to the vac, this thing is awesome! You’re able to map out your areas and it scoots along and works like a charm. Fellas, grab this for your significant other if they really want it… TRUST ME

Love the ease of use and time saving ability of the shark. I do wish the suction was a bit more powerful though.

I had this item for a bout a week and i must say, this thing is powerful!!! Had the prior version from 2021 but this model is sooo much better!! Has super sunction and does not get stuck like the other one. Only has one brush vs 2 but i think it makes up for in the suction. Highly recommend this product!

Works well. I can’t believe how much dust and dirt it grabs. We don’t even see it on the floor. We run almost daily. Would recommend

This little robot is amazing and capable of cleaning g your house in an efficient way, I’d just say that a drawback for now is that you schedule the cleaning by room, so if you want to use the schedule option it’s only available for the whole house.

Setting up the vacuum to run on a schedule was very easy. However, if you have dogs that shed a lot, you will need to cut the hair out of the brush roller quite often. Other than that it’s been great. Setting up rooms that it maps out is a cool feature. Also works with Alexa so you can tell it to run whenever.

Great, four hard floors, or low pile carpet. Makes your life, simple and automated simply set the app so that it vacuums at a certain time and you can wake up every morning with clean floors.

The shark matrix cleans my floor while I'm away. Much better for my allergies.

I got this as I really wanted the self empty feature. So far it’s been amazing. It does seem to run over items rather than just go around them but it’s not super bad about it. It picks up soo much and I love the easy empathy feature.

Great cleaning machine and easy to use and affordable.

We have 2 dogs one boxer and a husky which she sheds a lot so we use to have hair bunnies everywhere. We really are glad we got this vacuum it makes the every day cleaning easier because we can use this between the the hand held vacuuming we do on the weekends. We have to clean the container out about every 3rd use.

Where to start??? I had the EZ version of the Shark for 8 months. It was merely a test to see if a robot vacuum would work in my home. Fast forward to a few days back I saw this on sale. And the EZ was nice but this one is much nicer. The mapping and control, plus it cleans very well. This was a much needed/deserved purchase.
