Very good at cleaning with excellent mapping, not missing spots. The "spot" clean mode would be more useful with at 6 foot square vrs the fixed 4 foot. Also if idle a few days, it a bit hard to get reconnected to the mobile app.

I have two dogs. One of them sheds a lot so I had to vacuum my floor twice a day at least to keep dog hair off. My kids recommended getting one of these robot vacuums. so I have been shopping for it. I used to use Dyson vacuum but I replaced with a Shark Vacuum last year, and I have been happy with it. So, when I saw this unit for sale, I had to try and see. It does a good job and it automatically starts once a day. I can command extra cleaning with my phone from anywhere. This is working great. It reaches where I was not able to reach so my floor has been clean. Noise level is not as bad as I expected. After all, it is a vacuum cleaner so it makes loud noise, but it is not bad at all. I don't need to dump trash every time. I dump them once or twice a week but I think I can go for at least 10 days.

Works great, easy maintenance, perfect for busy households

This has been a very good addition. It's very easy to set up and it does good work on floors. I have all hardwood floors and it's been perfect so far. The app is easy to use and has all the necessary features to effectively use the robot. It was a great deal of the day purchase.

Good vaccum, my floors are clean! I love the self cleaning dock. This vacuum is loud though, I had a different one before and it was quiet. I would givenit higher rating if there was a way to make it quieter.

Great product works perfectly can set timers a lot better than the ones that have a mopping feature. This is cleaner definitely happy and recommend.

Over the holidays, I accidentally broke my sister’s vacuum by not properly cleaning before using it. Unfortunately, it picked up something that caused it to malfunction beyond repair. Wanting to make it right, I decided to replace it with a Shark vacuum. I’ve had positive experiences with Shark products in the past — I personally own several of their electronics and have always found them to be durable and reliable. When I saw that Best Buy was offering a special deal, it made the decision even easier. While I can’t give a full five-star rating since I’m not the one using this particular vacuum, my trust in Shark’s quality leads me to believe it will hold up well for my sister. Based on past experience, I fully expect it to perform reliably, and I’ll continue to consider Shark for future purchases.

Very good vacuum! We absolutely love it. It's picks up everything and it maps your house so it knows what rooms to clean! It cleans the floorboards and I love the self cleaning feature. The best!

Awesome vacuum sucks up good and gets every available spot of carpet does tend to get caught on cords and other small items

If you have pets this is a must. With 2 dogs always shedding this little buddy helps a lot with keeping the fur off the floor. It actually picks everything up and even leaves the nice little lines/ designs on your rug.

It doesn’t seem to pick up a ton, we’ve tried cleaning it. Including cleaning the many filters and it just misses a lot. Sometimes we will run it and 2 minutes later it needs to go back to base. We may try to recalibrate it but honestly I’d go with a different one. Still would stick with the shark brand as we’ve had a different model of the shark brand before and it did wonderful but after many years it died on us. Which was to be expected.

Excellent robot vacuum! The mapping is super accurate, and the strong suction easily picks up dust and pet hair—even from under furniture. It’s great not having to empty it often, and the Wi-Fi features make it easy to control. Definitely a smart, efficient cleaning helper!

Gets the job done! I have cats and dogs, and the Shark robot vacuum is running 24/7. It is also bag less, so you won’t have to worry about purchasing disposable bags. It comes with a bin that you can empty, and the Shake robot will alert you. AMAZING!

Loving this robo vacuum! I have a husky and a Havanese and it charges quick and I can set it up whenever I want it to clean, it mapped out the room and it gets right to work. Self emptying capability is pretty neat too. It’s easy to just empty the bin out, no need to buy a filter or bag to replace anything.

I have owned a few robot vacuums over the years and I have to say that this one by Shark is worth every penny. it does an excellent job of cleaning my hardwood floors and carpet throughout my apartment, and I love that it empties itself. It is very efficient and does an excellent job every single time.

Nice upgrade over my previous vacuum. The self emptying is very efficient, actually packs the dust and debris to save space. Navigation is very good, hasn't gotten stuck yet. Like the ability to use matrix clean on my carpeted areas. Ability to schedule runs and map out no-go zones is also a plus.

I have a German Shepard and I was tired of vacuuming dog hair. Always gets the job done.
