Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER 12/22/22 Purchased monitor w/ Samsung Care+ extended warranty. Purchase on Samsung website - picked up at BestBuy. 5/16/24 - Monitor stopped working. Stopped powering on completely. 5/17/24 - Called customer service # - they had no record of my extended warranty even though I purchased directly from samsung.com . I had to forward them all my receipts. Was told back office was investigating - could take up to 6 weeks. Called multiple times for an update and always got the same answer “ back office investigating” or “waiting on headquarters”. 6/20/24 - The customer service team referred me to the “Office Of the President” and they gave me a case manager contact . Initially he insisted my monitor was “out of warranty” - I had to resend all my receipts (again) - he then proceeded to setup service. 6/27/24 - The service visit he setup attempted to charge me so had to cancel and re-request service. The new service call came with a “One time Accommodation” email. Odd if the unit is under warranty… Service Techs Visits (So far): 7/1/24, 7/4/24, 7/9/24 and 7/11/24 - They have sent a service tech to my house 4 times now and they have not been able to fix the monitor. I’ve taken multiple days off of work to be here for the techs . Every time they fail to repair they claim “they need to order more parts”. They now want to schedule a 5th attempt.. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

Above our 49in curved monitors. I will say the monitors are great for none competitive fps shooters. But great when i played Atomic Heart, RedFall, Ground Zero, Ark Survival Evolved, Spyro and High on Life. These game ran great and look beautiful on the 55in monitors. But sadly mine has a dead pixel at the top right. Which is not so noticable unless deep black hits it then it turns white or green. Its about the size of a grain of rice. Long flicker on high brightness, but other than that good buy. But i would wait for it to go to $1200 or lower like when i bought 2 at a time..
