My experience with getting the best customer service from best buys geek squad is to understand there limitaions and talk to them. Usually 1-3 people (in my experience) work together for an entire day to finish pretty complex eletrical projects. There appointments are usually booked full a week in advanced but they usually can work with you if your patient. Trust me its worth it. I had to wait a week and a half to get my car in to their shop and Rory, whos always been very knowledgable,honest and helpful has taken care of me on multiple occasions and projects with several vehicles. Everytime has been a perfect install looks as factory as possible and above all sounds amazing (car audio). Give your best buy geek squad people a try. Talk to them build a relationship understand what they can and cant do because of your budget, time contraints ect.. And get a quality product in return.

I've had a couple of aftermarket amplifiers installed by Best Buy and they've done an excellent job every time. They always take the time to properly run and hide all of the cables and zip-tie them all together nice and neat. They will sit with you and show you how everything works and won't let you leave until you are happy with the sound. I highly recommend them for your aftermarket audio installation needs!

The team got my subwoofers hooked up cleanly and in a very timely manner! Done it myself before and have to give credit! They did awesome!

I own a 2015 Chevy Silverado Double Cab and I wanted more bass than the stock setup would provide, but I didn't want a setup that would use up so much space that it would render the backseat useless. So, I was thumbing through the Best Buy app on my cell phone and came across this compact setup from Alpine the PWE-S8 8 (Powered Subwoofer System - Black) and thought to myself this could work. But being the type of guy that I am, I couldn't just buy one I had to get two. Now to the install. I originally wanted them to install the units under the front seats but the installers at Best Buy suggested that I let them install the units under the backseat. I was a little hesitant because I didn't want them sticking out and getting damaged. I use this truck at work and am in and out with tools and materials all day long. But to my surprise they were able to fit them both under the backseat with only about an inch of surface exposed on each end. The installers at Best Buy in Gilbert, AZ did an awesome job!!

I brought my 2015 ram 1500 for an subwoofer and amp installation in my back seat. The installation time was about 3-4 hours , they did a real good job on the installment.the price was not bad at all less than 200$ I highly recommend Best Buy auto techs !!

I met Jeff Major when I scheduled to have sub woofer installed at best buy in Orange fair mall in Fullerton CA. Jeff knows his stuff! He Installed sub and reconfigured amp set up and system sounded awesome! The guy loves music and asks you all kinds of music questions to get you what you need. I witnesses Jeff talk to an older couple about Glenn Miller music and what would be best for them, then talk to a young dude about hip hop music and how important is bass for the young guy. Jeff really cares about you! With me I told him I'm an old rocker and he asked what bands I liked. Zepplin, AC/DC, stones, so when I picked up my car, the Zepplin music I played never sounded this good! If you want the perfect sound system and professional install, go see Jeff Major! He will take care of you!

We had 2 Kicker Hideaways installed under both the driver's and passenger side of this vehicle. They fit perfect. Took 4.5 hours. Had installed the EBay tray/brackets to hold both the Hideaways and attached velcro to the tray and bottom of the subs to help secure from sliding and to keep off the floor. Worked out great. Best Buy installed both subs to meet our expectations. The Hideaways sound really good, as long as you are not expecting to wake up the entire neighborhood. If you are, please go with something else. These are combined with JBL 750T for the dash tweets, and 2 pairs of JBL Clubs in the knee and soundbar. The Clubs are powered by a Kenwood KAC-M3004 which matches nicely with 50 watts of power to each of those JBL Club Speakers. Hope this helps others.

Perfect install of subwoofer and amp in my gmc truck

The product is supposed to be installed under the rear seat in a Jeep Wrangler. It does not fit, if the rear seats are folded down in a 4-door (Unlimited) model. I had the sub-woofer removed and re-installed under the front passenger seat. It does not interfere with the seat movement. Sound great, and the sub-woofer volume can be changed independent of the other speakers, as well as changing when the stereo is turned up or down at the volume control. I recommend the product, but am disappointed the installation location had to be changed. It is not mounted to the Jeep floor pan.

I had two of these amps installed to go with two sets of component speakers. The Geek Squad techs did a great job of finding the best places in my vehicle to tuck these in completely out of sight, and they also installed a single din Pioneer 7" flip-out screen head unit, a variety of audio cables for the head unit, a backup camera, subwoofer amp, subwoofer, custom subwoofer box that I purchased elsewhere (that Geek Squad was willing to trim down for me for an even better fit) and a washer and dryer (ok, not quite) in my vehicle. It's nice to be able to get all this done under one roof and to know that the techs are doing all the wiring and placements of everything together to ensure the best setup. Much appreciated. Installed car audio did a great job i was very pleased

Needed a powered amp installed so i researched the local establishments. Decided on BB. Good reviews and easy to schedule your appt. online... showed up on time and they were ready to begin the install. Discussed the install prior to the team performing the work (had a toggle installed, also discussed the mounting options etc.). They ended up completing the job ahead of schedule and the install was done very well. I'm very particular with my car so I certainly opened the hood and poked around to see exactly how everything was installed etc. and i was very pleased with the job. I would recommend BB for your install.

TJ and Mike were awesome. The installation team took great care to install the speakers, amp, and subwoofer in a clean and aesthetically pleasing way. The wiring is nicely hidden and everything was put back together without any damage. The sound is crisp and clear and the installers were very professional in the way they sanitize their work (COVID) and explained the work they did when they handed the keys back to me. I also appreciate their commitment to stand behind their work should anything go wrong in the future. Definitely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad installation.

Ricky Or Alex or both did a amazing job, they did exactly as I asked an didn't fret when it came to a lil issue that I didn't plan on when I prepped the stuff pre-install to make things easier on them.

The agent ordered the immediately needed components to set up a subwoofer in our new Suburu hatchback. He suspected that the bass would drop off around 30 volume, being that it is a new car with factory settings, and informed us of what we may need in the future to resolve that. We decided to wait and see. He was right so we will be getting those parts in the future and have them installed. Was very efficient during installation and called us when he was done to ask us if he could spend a little more time doing extra fine tuning for us. We really appreciated it.

The Tech guy was so cool and chill he was by himself that day too didnt have any help finish my car fast and did and excellent job on it glad I can take my car there waterford lakes best buy in florida orlando is the best.
