Great service! Came in to get my amp and subwoofer installed and went to grab food came back and it was done. Great service worker was super nice and helped answer my questions. Mounted and routed cables perfectly clean job. Definitely would come back again for any speaker needs.

They got my dual twelve subwoofers installed within an hour and a half, super clean, super fast, and super easy. They did a really good job too as I cant see any wires in my car and it all looks stock. Very happy!

Went to best buy in Lexington on Nicholasvile rd. Let me say the techs there were awesome hands down. Came up with a cool concept for hooking up my amp in a nice place without losing any trunk space! It sounds awesome at the least I'm pretty impressed with the work the homies did and appreciate it. They'll go above and beyond and highly recommend this best buy over the rest!

The team was great, professional and knew what they were doing. The only down side was there were some trim pieces that were not put back on correctly - fixed these myself relatively easily.

They got me in quicker than my appointment time and got it done fast and it sounds really good i have had no issues and the man was very polite

I had a JBL digital mono block amplifier installed. It's a newer style of product that is set 100% digitally. The install bay installers had said they didn't know much about this type of product and that it was a "challenge" to tune it. Unfortunately it wasn't tuned that well (the levels were not set where they should be). The actual hook-up of the amplifier to the battery, to the speakers, and to the head-unit was done very well. The amp was mounted onto the back side of a custom fit subwoofer enclosure and was secured very nicely. They even handled some basic wire management (read: made the wires look pretty) that I didn't expect from them. The amp works great now that I tuned it myself, and it should stay safe and secure for the life of the vehicle. Overall a positive experience.

Stereo install was great. However getting ahold of anyone and all the automated stuff this company has gone to is extremely annoying They literally have no way at all to directly call a human being. This is what is ruining the world we live in. All computers doing everything

Mike is the Best installer "hands down"! if you need any automotive electronics installed.........The Best Buy in Lake Geneva, WI is the place to go. Mike is professional and courteous to a fault. NO WONDER it takes two weeks to get into him for an appointment. He added a second Alpine slimline 8 inch amplifier to my truck and my god does it ROCK! He hid it never to be seen and left a clean install like you have never seen. Its funny when I have folks in my old Dodge Dakota and turn on the stereo; it blows their minds with how good it sounds. Mike did it all!!!!!!!!!

I own a very special muscle car, 1969 vintage. To install a contemporary audio system in this vehicle required custom work, great planning as well as patience and skill. My installers, Jeremy H. & Mike H., displayed those skills. They took great care of the install, choosing the appropriate equipment components and were VERY careful with "my valuable ride"! They went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Their professionalism and efficiency went beyond my expectations.

install was ok only problem is they did me wrong with the speaker wire cut them short so i couldnt reposition my speakers into a different direction they kept all the leftover wire pretty lame considering how much the wiring harness costs

They quoted me 2 hours on the install so i waited at the store turned out to be almost 5 hours before it was completed. ALl in all the job completed was correct and works great. just wish i knew the time wasted i could have used elsewhere had i known.

I was fortunate to get an expedited Geek Squad Install appointment. Due to Covid-19, it's difficult to find time slots. The installer I had, was amazing !!!! The installer and his co-workers knew me from another location that I get installs done at. The work was good. I suggest take a laptop or tablet to keep you busy within the store. The old amp was taken out and replaced with a Kicker and I'm so happy. 75th/Lemont location highly recommended

Speakers mounted well just didn’t exactly expect not to have someone for customers to sit so I had to get harassed in the store with well what can I help you with today

Sorry I forgot this kids name he installed and sound subwoofer and car stereo super fast and professional I recommend it to anyone Best Buy have the best crew members and they know what they’re doing

Amp install for new custom sub on 23 Bronco was quick and clean. Aaron was knowledgeable and aware of changes needed to incorporate into the factory system.

Awesome customer service, got there and the lady on the phone scheduled me for the wrong appointment but an associate managed to squeeze me in and finish the job pretty quick for what it was

Was scheduled to go up Saturday Morning, Installer never showed. They rescheduled me for a few Saturdays later. Called me as I was leaving and told me that another installer would be there to do the install. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I was there for almost 9. Manager refunded my install to make up for it.

My amp is ok, its a small pickup and i didnt figure i needed a huge amp? install person killed it with a great install! I went with an outside internet source to purchase a decent amp for about half of what best buy was wanting for a supposed better amp? Think most of best buys stuff is overpriced , I could understand if it was top of the line audio, but its not really even mid grade stuff except for kicker products!

It was installed in just over 2 hours, I was Quoted 3 and a half hours for the install and around $300. The install was only about $180. The person who installed it and tested was very nice and very helpful when I thought the AMP shorted it out. He fixed it

Everything was hooked up properly and all cables were hidden, I was walked through exactly what was done and was really impressed with the professionalism.
