Literally the most stressful experience I’ve had in a long time. I paid for and scheduled an amplifier installation for my vehicle 3 weeks ago and tried dozens of times during that period to get ahold of someone in the audio shop. The calls went unanswered and messages not returned. I get a text message 3 days before the install prompting me to call and confirm details of my vehicle which I did. I tried, yet again, to call. I left 5 messages and called 16 times during the next 3 days. I also called the main number to speak with an agent several times who connected me to the same number I had been trying to call with no luck. I tried several times to reach a manager as well with no luck. I also chatted online with someone that was no help. So, finally comes the day of the installation… I take the day off of work, get ready, and leave for the appointment when I get a call telling me that my appointment was canceled because they don’t install amplifiers on Land Rovers. I’ve literally had an amplifier installed on my old Land Rover at Best Buy and had no issues. Best Buy is my favorite store and my go to place to literally buy anything and everything home and car audio. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years but this experience has stressed me out so much that I will not be giving Best Buy any more business.

Best Buy in Braintree is a the best car audio spot in the South Shore. Priced competitive and they are so good at what they do. They preform each job with consideration for your vehicle. Unlike some of the dealerships out there smh!

I would highly recommend Best Buy for car stereo installation! I had 2 pair of 6 1/2 inch coaxial speakers installed in my car to replace the manufacturer installed speakers that came with my car to improve the sound quality in my car. I also had installed a sub woofer and a sub woofer amp. Best Buy mistakingly only had me down on the schedule as having to install 1 pair of speakers, but they worked me in on the schedule to include both pairs of speakers, a sub woofer, and a sub woofer amp installation. My Best Buy car stereo installer, Kenny, was very professional, polite, and highly knowledgeable in the installation of car audio. Kenny had great communication skills. He took a close-up picture of how the speaker wires had to be spliced to connect with the stereo receiver so that I would know how he connected it. Kenny would let me know a couple of other times when he needed to communicate an aspect of the installation to me that I needed to know. I really appreciated his communication skills to me regarding the installation. Kenny even saved me some money on the speaker installation by finding a way to install my front speakers without me having to purchase a new pair of brackets. Kenny was so competent in his job, and like a genius in car audio installation! I was so totally impressed with Kenny and his excellent work installing my car speakers, subwoofer, and sub woofer amp. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and carefully. After the installation was done, Kenny showed me where my old speakers, and any old or unused items were in the trunk of my car, neatly placed in the speaker boxes. Kenny explained everything he did regarding the installation. Kenny helped me tune the sub woofer amp to my sub woofer, to get the desired bass sound that I wanted. He was very patient with me as I took a while to decide how much bass I wanted. Kenny told me if I ever needed to make an adjustment in the amount of bass I wanted, that I could make an appointment, and he would help me adjust the amount of bass to get the sound I wanted. My car sound system sounds fantastic! I am highly pleased with the work that Kenny provided to me on the car audio installation in my car! Thank you so much, Kenny, and Best Buy! I am a very happy customer!

Was looking for some bass in my truck and I was suggested the single 12 inch kicker L7S ported matched with kicker CXA 1200. This was a perfect combo to have great output with out being too obnoxious. The kicker bass knob installed also was the perfect touch for less or more bass when I feel like it , it all fits snug in the back and I still have room. Definitely shakes the mirrors in a great way ! Everything works as it should and the service was quick and friendly.

the technitions in you Menifee store are super helpful, honest and trustworthy. Working with them made it like you can trust them and they were not just trying to sell you anything. Their input was very valuable and that is what we went with and at the end we are very happy with system that was installed. Wish we would have done it years ago in the Suburban
