They took a long time. They were nice though and helpful.

After a horrible experience with the install at my local Best Buy, Covid hit. Take the pandemic out of the equation because that’s life, the $ I spent to upgrade a horrible Jeep JKU stereo, the items bought from the experienced sales person which only worked for 9 days because the items weren’t compatible so of course my trusted sales guy took me for a fool because why would the customer expect the 1K dropped work properly and then the 1 year installation fee for further jobs all for naught....then Covid eases up and I have Best Buy’s managers tell me they can’t help me because they don’t have techs, installers anymore, they didn’t give a bleep Even after they told me nobody in Best Buy land can help me I drove by another Best Buy and just seeing the company name hyped me up and ready to blow I walked in and the installers at Marlboro Solomon Pond Mall weren’t dead like I was told and he not only got me the right gear, reinstalled it did an excellent job like a boss I jus looked for his name he gave me a business card but I can’t find it otherwise the dude would be hearing his name for all a Best Buy land as I am truly grateful that not all people are phonies

Install was simple and straightforward, even on an Alfa Romeo. No hiccups. Subwoofer bass is clean and powerful. As advertised! Tech even fabed a bass knob pedestal at no extra charge! Amazing Service! Thanks BestBuy!

My wife had recently bought a new SUV and we wanted to install the Amp and Sub box from her previous vehicle in the new one. Normally, I would just do the installation myself, but I'm getting up there in years and I'm at the point where I'd rather let someone else do it. We've used BB to install car audio in the past so I decided to give them a try again. They didn't disappoint. The installation time took a little longer than I would have liked, but it was worth the wait. They installed the amp exactly where we asked them to and hid all of the wires and made it look clean and professional. They also tuned the amp for the best sound. And the sound is fantastic. It's also great knowing that the installation is warrantied for life. I'd gladly use them again for all my car audio installation needs.

I walked in one morning and asked them what is involved in getting a powered sub installed. I had a few "custom" requests. My installer was ammenable to my requests, and also had some great ideas /suggestions. Overall, i am very pleased with the service I got.
