Connecting to my computer this is horrible. Connecting to the handheld with my phone is better but not great by any means. It is off and on functional. Moving from your phones storage to your PC can also be a challenge. I would not recommend this product as it is fickle in functionality. The scans, when completed, are not the greatest and requires a lot of work to achieve not perfection but what may be considered acceptable.

My recent purchase from Best Buy resulted in an exceptionally negative experience. I ordered a Moose Lite 3D scanner and was shocked to receive a used car part. I subsequently discovered that Best Buy is denying any responsibility for this error, citing the fact that the scanner was a dropship item not sold in their physical stores. This policy was not disclosed on their website at the time of purchase. I have provided Best Buy with substantial evidence, including security camera footage, photographic evidence of the incorrect item, and their own shipping information. This evidence clearly demonstrates that the delivered package could not have contained the 3D scanner due to size and weight discrepancies (5 lbs actual vs. 3.7 lbs expected) plus the 3D scanner would never for in the dimensions of the box I was delivered. Despite this compelling proof, Best Buy continues to refuse any resolution, effectively abandoning their customer in a clear case of misdelivery stemming from their dropshipping operation. Go read online and you'll see this is a common issue with best buy purchased.
