I had paid for both of them and one 4 year Geek Squad protection plan. when the monitors did finally come in , my wife purchased a 4 year plan for the other-if I go online to my Geek Squad plans, it still doesn't show I have protection on both monitors-looking back, I should have canceled the order and bought them from someone else.-seems the Best Buy computers can't access the Geek Squad computers

The color recreation on these is terrible. No matter what I did I could not get a natural color with these monitors. I had this problem with both monitors. I traded these in on the ASUS monitors which I highly recommend. Spend a little bit more and get something else.

Really bad for looking at PDFs, should have spent a couple bucks more and gotten something with better contras

I called sales at G Suite and did not get a call back. This device is only for businesses or educational networks that have software licenses for G Suite. This is not for individuals!

I started my monitor search with a 29" ultra wide screen LG but after not being able to get the settings right, I returned it. I then bought a thunderbolt display. Paying @ $1k for 2011 technology really irked me but I wanted it to work seamlessly with my Macbook. It did but the high gloss screen was incredibly reflective - I have a window behind me and I could barely see the monitor during the day. The price on that giant thunderbolt, considering a 12ms response v the 6ms of this one was also bothering me. I saw the mouse make major trails at one point which i had never seen before on any monitor, much less one that cost @ $1k. So I returned the thunderbolt and picked up this 27" Acer. I also bought and HDMI adapter and have it set up with the included HDMI cable. The color, speed, size and brightness are fantastic. I'm extremely happy with this.

The monitors come with VGA, DVI, and HDMI cables so take your pick on how you want to set it up. It doesnt have a vertical height adjustment on the base but they are so big, who cares. The base does have a tilt adjustment. If you dont care about 2K or 4K these are a great buy.
