Awesome software so far. I use it to back up my main computer to a homemade NAS, as well as sync files between the two for easier access. Just a heads up, in order to backup or sync files between computers the software does need to be installed on both systems.

I wanted to upgrade the slow HDD in my laptop to a fast SSD and bought this software to do the cloning. My mistake was removing the HDD from the laptop first before I did the cloning as I was going to use my desktop with the two drives externally connected to it. This software is geared more to do the cloning while you're still using the original drive so I should've installed the program on the laptop and hook up the new SSD to it externally and clone it that way. Long story short, I ended up using Macrium Reflect Free to do the job. But True Image can do so much more including backups, imaging and setting up recovery disks that I plan on using in the near future.

Simple to install and navigate. Recommended to me by Geek Squad associate and not disappointed. One of the few back ups that allows OS back up.

Great addition for laptops that come with the pre-loaded manufactures backup which don't allow for a full system backup. Easy to install. Just started using it, but so far so good. (Didn't give five stars because I just started using it and nothing is perfect).

Good backup software but not for the average person, make sure you have someone like Geek Squad that can set it up for you as it is not for the beginner. They make it sound easy but is very complex.

True Image is great backup software. I am updating from true Image 2010. It does it all; great backup both full backup and incremental backups, provides a safe restore method and is very easy to use.

I bought this at the same time I purchased a m.2 ssd drive for my Asus - ROG GL502VT 15.6" Laptop. Geek squad recommended this product and basically walked me through how to use it before even purchasing it. Spot on customer service and very easy to use program. The only disappointment (if you could call it that) is this program makes it so easy you wonder at first if it really works! It's that great of a program!

I bought my husband a Samsung SSD which for some reason was having an issue completing the full data migration for new installation. Acronis fully backed up his data and cloned his PC within 2 hours. It worked out perfect! I would buy again!

I work on industrial computer systems and we transitioned from Norton Ghost to Acronis several years ago. I needed a licensed version for my computer bag when visiting remote sites and picked up True Image 2017. The program works well and is intuitive to operate.

Excellent backup software. Rated four instead of five stars as it's a bit tricky to back up specifically the files/folders you want backed up. Numerous references to manual required, but perhaps that's me -- I'm not particularly techie.

Apple's Time Machine is a real pain to use. I've used Acronis before on my PC computer, and I actually had to use it to restore my machine once. Now that I have a Mac, I wanted the best backup system available, and the ease of use all in one product. And this is it.

I've had previous versions of this product on previous computers. Unfortunately, I hadn't updated in years so that when the last malady occurred, I lost several programs and files. Be proactive and get this product to back up your system and files.

I've been using Acronis for many years as their backup solution is exceptional for most any end user. It is a simple interface that anyone with a little computer knowledge can install, setup, and utilize in the event there is a lost of data event.

I did a lot of research regarding back-up software and decided this was my first choice. Was very happy to find it on the shelf. Now that I have used the product I could not be happier

Simplest and easiest back up solution! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a comprehensive back up solution. Great set up an easy enough for beginners feature rich for advanced users.
