Nathan was extremely patient while explaining everything we needed to know on this remote, would recommend this to anyone with several components.

Moved existing Harmony Remote from old location to new location and reprogrammed remote for all components at the new location. Great job.

I really am enjoying using the harmony remote for every part of my audio/visual system. One unit for TV, Receiver, CD Player, DVD player and seamless.

The crew did and excellent job of programming the universal remote. Did find out later a few more functions could have been done, but overall was an excellent job. Saves having to use so many other remotes.
