I was so pleased that the installer saw that I just bought a Net Gear WiFi booster for better WiFi in home. I did it for our phones. But when they hooked up our smart TV and was showing us how to stream movies, they noticed the movie was taking for ever to come on. Therefore he suggested a different WiFi network. He wasn't pushy at all and left it up to us. Very please with the Eero system they installed. Had it in the truck so we didn't have to wait.

I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.

We had the Best Buy team come to our home and install a new T.V. surround sound and some computer accessories. The gentleman was great and it was worth not having the hassle ourselves, however it seemed that Best Buy could consolidate a bit as it became a bit pricey for simpler devices

I tried to establish this network at my previous house. I'm somewhat tech savvy but failed. The Geek Squad said they could do it and they did. The result is an overall savings with my provider plus full coverage on my secondary televisions.

Could have done this myself but they were here for other setup. they were polite, knowledgeable of product and knew where to place each extender, plus they were able to obtain the actual strength of signal which I couldn't.

Worked with Geek Squad to extend hard-wired connection of my family room units to the internet (PS4, Blu-ray DVD player, AppleTV, TiVo) that used to be connected through WiFi with spotty connections. Works great. Setup cost was a bit high though for the amount of work required.

The install was not cheap, but worth it. The installer were very professional and were very patient in helping me get my internet access activated. Five stars.

Thanks to the knowledgeable geek squad technician we have a super strong WiFi signal throughout the house.

Geek squad is money well spent. I never could have set up all of this by myself.
