My installation was seamless dropped my car off. Spent an hour walking around the strip mall came back and had a brand new system. Very happy will definitely use them for installation purposes again in the near future.

Nick took my suggestion on where I’d like the microphone (many places would do what they wanted) and installed everything beautifully. I could have expected either quality work or quick work and I got both. He was friendly and they even got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I would trust these folks with my car all day.

It went as planned however i had to buy more items for it to work properly and was not a big fan of where certain items were place during the install, i wasn’t asked where or anything having a cord come out of the bottom of my car looks tacky

Scott was great. There was a mistake with a part needed for installation, but he handled it professionally and gave me some great options. I would trust Best But to install again.

My car was scheduled for a stereo installation at the Lincoln Nebraska store on September 10th. A technician named Sergio was working on my car and looking at it for over 2 hours and then told me he could not complete the installation so I would need to come back on Thursday the 12th I went back on Thursday the 12th and he told me it would take about 3 hours. I returned after 2 hours and he told me that he had dropped my old radio and broke it and that he would recycle it for me and told me he just had one more thing to finish but he needed to run an errand first He went outside with his manager and 10 minutes later came back in and said he no longer had to run the errand and that my car was ready to go After leaving I saw something on the passenger floor mat and wasn't sure what it was but I saved it just in case. That night when I turned my lights on in my car, the AC controls that are above the stereo would no longer illuminate so I'm guessing what I found was an LED light that he had knocked out or taken out. The next day I went to use the air conditioning and the temperature knob had been pulled out and put back in backwards to where when it was turned to cold it was actually blowing warm air and now that knob won't stay in. The cover over my manual transmission gear shifter was not reinstalled correctly so it keeps popping out of the slot it's supposed to be in. Have called the store three times, left voicemails, chatted multiple times trying to find a resolution and they just keep telling me to take it back to the same store that this happened at or to another store which the closest one is an hour away. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a really long time.

The tech at the Wooster, Ohio Best Buy who installed my radio was friendly, courteous and seemed to enjoy his job. He kept me updated as his work progressed and thoroughly explained how to use the radio. I was a happy customer indeed!

Came in the day after Christmas and they were busy but I had an appt. They installed.my stereo pretty fast but they had a problem with the steering wheel control. They asked us to bring it back a week later and we were expecting to leave the truck agsin but the woman that is one of the installers had it fixed in 10 mins. She was amazing and knowledgeable.

The tech I had at the store I went to was a cool dude. He listened to what I told him about my vehicle and gave me some suggestions on what he could do. I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra as a back-up car in case my main commuter is in the shop. I have also reviewed the radio and the Maestro unit that I purchased on this site. The great reviews were due in part because of the recommendations of my tech. Anyway, my vehicle had a screen above the head-unit not only displayed the radio and cd functions (yeah it's and old car) but it also showed the car data on that screen like open door warning, gas mileage, trip data etc. When I had the new head-unit installed it was a Pioneer 6.8" LCD touchscreen display. Well, the old screen that had like 8-bit graphic data display on it was going to be a dead screen because everything was going to be on the new head unit. The tech told me I was going to lose my car data that was on the old screen and it was just going to be a dead display. He recommended the Maestro unit to keep all my car data and the steering wheel controls which ended up working great. Also I went to pick a part and got a new bezel / radio trim piece which was from a lower model that did not have the display I was talking about. Instead it changed that display area into a storage area with a flip up top. The tech totally worked with me and installed the radio into that bezel / trim piece removing the old display that was going to be a dead screen and gave me an extra storage space. So the tech totally worked with me to get the set-up I wanted and walked me through the use of the radio and made some recommendations on it's use and what it can do. Overall I was very happy with my tech and the installation.

The service wasgreat. We started at the Portland store the sales reps were very knowledgable and got me fitted with the kind of radio I was looking for. The installation team was in Augusta and were helpful installing and trouble shooting my system. They corrected everything they could and advised me on what else I needed.

Fantastic service- very happy. We had a CarPlay radio installed and it looks and works great. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions well. After installation one component was not working correctly and when we notified them they got us back in quickly and fixed the issue quickly.

Love the new Alpine stereo with the extra 50 watts per channel it made my factory Bose speakers sound so much better

The first time I got it back, they showed me a gap in the radio say that the install equipment didn’t work. I left some gaps underneath the receiver itself. They didn’t hook up the rearview camera. The phone portion was hooked up, but it wasn’t coming through the speakers had to take it in a second time and then everything was better after that Phone and stuff worked still had the gaps when I got home I took the dash and stuff apart again, reposition the brackets on the radio so of the radio it said a little bit more flush in there, and I also sand down a little bit of it to make it sit a little bit flush on top Also put in a flush mount CarPlay port instead of the generic one that they had to make it look better
