This took a little time to figure out. You cannot load photos from internet or phone. The device itself was mis-labeled, so I had a hard time with customer support until we figured that part out, but I understand it now, and it is a good product for the price point

Purchased as an upgrade from Alurteks smaller, lower quality frame. this was a decent increase in quality but still could use some better image quality.

Bought this for my 86 year old mother who doesn't have wifi/internet and it works great for her. We were able to load up a lot of our family pics on the memory stick and chip and they worked well. Only negative is that some of the pictures seem to stretch horizontally and I couldn't find a setting to adjust for this.

You will have to have a pc or a way to put on a memory card. No app for the phone applications that I could see.
