Bought as Father's Day gift however after downloading a few pictures it was too difficult for my older father to use. I didn't even give it to him.

There are better frames available for similar $$. The real issue is that hardly any stores carry digital frames except at Christmas time. I suggest going online and reviewing some of the higher-end frames, I think you'll ultimately be happier with one of them. The main complaints I have with this frame: It is clunky to operate and get your photos onto - it is fussy about the size/format of the photos. You probably will have to do some resizing of your files given that even the lowest quality smart phones produce jpg files that are larger than what this frame will accept.
My other main complaint is that the color of the photos is a very blu-ish tone... some other brands have the ability to adjust this color cast in the frame... this one does not .

First one of these I purchased the screen had a line down the side of the picture. Image quality was poor, so I thought it was because the screen was defective. Exchanged this item for a new one. The images were still distorted and did not have good resolution so I returned for another product.
