Simple to use. I plug one end to my iphone X and the other end to HDMI port on my TV and viola! I can see my phone screen on my TV. I can now watch movies and play music right from my phone.

Bought this to be able to transfer video stream from iPad/iPhone to my tv. Works great! No issues with sound or picture quality. I thought $50 was a bit steep, but it’s Apple so to be expected!

Though pricey in the Apple product way, this adapter now enables connecting our iPhones and iTablets to our television display with ease. Also great that the adapter allows for charging the source.

I purchased this adapter to use with my iPhone when making presentations. There were mixed reviews online but I haven't had any issues with it. Very compact, easy to carry, and most importantly, easy to use.

This is a must have for those needing to connect to a television or projector. I demo technology platforms daily and this allows me to easily show the steps/tools on a larger scale than my iPad.

We wanted an easy way to connect an iPad or iPhone to an HDMI TV with we did not have an Apple TV handy for Airplay. This does the trick and works great. Even a pass through connector to charge your device when connected.

One of the downsides of owning an ‘’i’’ device is the dongle nightmare, there should be more options in term of dongle choices, like a VGA plus HDMI dongle, because both of them are separated and in my country (Mexico), both standards are very common in educational settings. I bought an adapter from china and I must say I know why this cost so much, the video output is almost free of lag, the Chinese one stutters with animations and stuff. It's a little expensive, but when you are stuck somewhere and would rather watch you phone content than limited hotel cable tv, it's perfect. I keep this and a small hdmi cable with me when I travel.

It's hard to find something compatible for iPhone. Apple tv was too much for me, so I got this. It works for my needs. It's portable and it has a port to charge my phone at the same time while in use.

Just what I needed, this was perfect for connecting my ipad air 2 to my 4k HDTV to watch videos or even playing games and apps on a bigger screen. Price is a little much ($50) but I guess it's somewhat worth it.
