My daughter has been needing a laptop for school and after a lot of research we decided on a macbook. She loves the speed, ease of use and especially how lightweight it is.

I finally replaced my 8 year old Samsung laptop and I am so happy with my purchase. This computer is small and easy to carry around with me, yet, durable and fast.

This latest version of Mac Apple computer is even faster and lighter than the last one! Easy to use, quicker than ever. Can't say enough about how great this is.

This is my first ever mac. I've had lots of pc's in the past and I can't believe how fast, smooth, comfortable the new macbook air is. It is very portable, easy to pack/carry and lightweight. It boots up in seconds, compared to the several minutes it takes my pc to boot. The retina screen is super crisp - great for photo editing and viewing. The keys are perfectly placed and weighted. It may sound weird to say, but I actually make fewer typing errors on this keyboard. Trackpad is large and intuitive. Performance is fast and smooth. This is easily the best computer purchase of my life.

Very fast, durable, light, and the gold color is beautiful!!! It's not a gold but more like a true rose gold. I love the keyboard and the new fingerprint assist.

I purchased this computer after watching it and comparing it to other macs but ultimately knew that I wanted the lightness of the macbook air since I’d be carrying it around all day and I wanted something that was easy to take on trips since I tend to travel quite a bit. It was also important to me to have a long battery life and the bluetooth comparability for my airpods and for long plane rides such as going to Europe. After saving up for the better part of a year, buying this computer open-box geek squad certified, I can say with great certainty that I am in LOVE with this computer. Everything about it was meticulously created and crafted for the average student or adult with a job that doesn’t require very heavy duty software. For example my father owns a PR company and he has the same computer only with greater storage and it works perfectly for him. The only thing I wish I had done is bought the one with greater storage because after only owning it for less than a month I don’t have enough storage to back up my phone and the price was quite hefty for a high schooler but otherwise I’m a very happy customer!

Thin light and glad the screen finally got upgraded. Battery still last all day and space gray color is a nice look. Touch ID is fast but I wish it had Face ID.

I was very eager to pick up the new 2018 MB Air as I’ve been wanting the Retina screen for years. Once I started up the new MBA, everything was good: speakers were great for such a small laptop, Gen 3 butterfly keyboard is improved, Touch ID worked great. My only complaint is subjective: screen brightness. Compare the new Air to a 13 inch MacBook Pro and the new Air’s screen is just simply not as bright. I tried to get used to it, but my Air’s screen just wasn’t bright enough. I ended up returning the Air and got a non-touch bar MB Pro and that screen is much better and brighter, same brightness as Max brightness on MB Air vs 4 notches from Max on MB Pro. If you can look beyond screen brightness or need it for a darker room, it’s a great machine. 4/5 stars.

When we think about laptops, I would consider two major operating systems that could be used for day-to-day/somewhat professional purposes. These are Windows and Mac OS. If you are in Apple ecosystem and love Mac OS, then this is the device you should get (unless you are a Pro). Speaker is great, the display is nice, you can get used to the keyboard and actually, it feels really nice after a while. There is a slight learning curve to it. Touch ID works really well for passwords. What more could you want? Get this as your personal laptop and you will love it!

I love the light compact design first and foremost. Speed and battery life is amazing. It is everything I was looking for in a Mac for everyday use.

Easy to use. It it is very light. Lasts a long time. I use it for mainly schoolwork. It’s very lightweight so it’s great for taking it with you.
