This pen is an excellent accessory and well worth the $99 price. It works much better than a typical standard stylus and is made specifically to interact with the iPad Pro. A must buy item to accompany a new iPad Pro.

Perfect combo with my iPad :) Bought my iPad specifically for writing notes and this Apple Pencil is the perfect combo for my iPad. Battery life is good.

I bought the Apple Pencil as a Christmas Present for my 18 year-old Son to use on his iPad Pro. He almost took it back without trying it, as he didn’t see a need for it. Thank goodness he tried it! Because he loves it and even uses the iPad more now! The Pencil works great, and you won’t believe how much you can actually use this thing. From highlighting notes in chapters you’re reading, to drawing, coloring, solving complicated math equations, and in certain apps. Very versatile. He loves it! And as always, the staff at our local Best Buy were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions when I was purchasing the Pencil. Very happy with this purchase. And so is my Son.

I was initially worried that the pencil wouldn't be worth it (overpriced stylus blah blah) but I'm so glad I got it now! It makes drawing on my ipad so easy that I've become so absorbed that I lose track of time!

I recently purchased this apple pen for my little sisters 8th gen iPad and it works perfectly fine, super easy to connect and she loves to use it!

Apple's Ipad Pro gave me the freedom from hauling a notebook/laptop around. I can do everything on my Ipad as I did on the pc. Battery service is excellant, just love the portability of the Ipad.

Bought this for my daughter along with an iPad. She loves it! She uses it extensively to take notes during class. She said it feels natural and works seamlessly.

The pen is surprisingly responsive on the iPad Pro. We purchased a note taking app that allows for really taking advantage of the pen capability. The pen is a bit pricey but what is not price from Apple!

The Apple pencil is a fun, easy to use accessory for my iPad. Very easy to use. I would recommend getting a magnetic sleeve that attaches it to the iPad and keeps the pencil from rolling on your desktop.

Pretty useful as a student or any digital artist. This is best for those who still love handwritten notes, but want them in a digital form. It is also really helpful when you want to add notes in between the lines of typed notes. You can also draw with it and there a number of apps you can use your Apple Pencil with.

Apple products are the best. My grand-daughter loves it!! She is an artist and this works well for her pictures.

Pencil adds the missing component to use the tablet as my main laptop. With the pencil, probably 85% of my portable work is now done on the tablet. If more typing than an email or message is required, I use my laptop.

Love the way this pencil glides on the iPad. It is easy to grip and works better than any other stylus I have used. It's definitely worth the money!

As with every Apple product, the pen comes without sufficient instructions regarding usage. What instructions are provided are printed in such light ink, that they are nearly unreadable without a strong light and magnifying glass. What is it with Apple that prevents them from supplying useful instructions or manuals with any of their products? Also like many other Apple products, the pen is overpriced and overrated. Have had significant difficulty pairing the pen with my iPad Pro and getting it to work. Also, there is no way to easily check the state of charge of the pen's battery. With this product, Apple continues to travel down the road of emphasizing product visual simplicity at the expense of actual product usefulness.

I didn't have high expectations when I purchased the Apple pencil and I was pleasantly surprised! There is no lag and it is just like writing with pencil and paper. I consider it a must have accessory.

Snatched this when it was on deal of day. So glad I did. It was a no brainer. Makes my life so much easier when using the Pencil. I use it daily for everything. Cannot go without it.
