It was like new. Battery was 89 percent health can’t beat that. Would recommend there pre-owned from Best Buy.

It is a very good purchase option if your budget is not very high, it also comes well protected and did not take long to arrive, it only has two small dents on the frame of the cameras, but it seems to me that it is nothing that really affects.

The phone itself was a great buy. The repackaging that Best Buy uses isnt that great, however. If you ever get one of these preowned devices, have it sent to the store so that you can actually assess the phone before accepting it. I had an employee open this phone before I touched it because it looked like it would have been damaged. Came out OK.

I brought this phone for my son. He wanted an iphone so i decided to get thisone. And its much better then i thought it would be. He love the phone. Its practically brand new! And the price was amazing! Next i will be getting him a laptop for school. Definitely coming back to best buy

I wanted to get a phone since my last one was pretty old. This is a great upgrade and works well, battery life came in at 88% , and everything seems to work good. Exactly as expected.

50/50 recommends .good battery but not come with the charger plug and some scratch on the screen

In excellent condition. Only complaint is the 80% battery life it came with that was not exactly shown but can’t complain about anything else.

Other than a few very very light scratches along the edges the phone is in great shape. Pleased with my purchase.

It works very well I haven’t had trouble with it since recieving the phone.

Hello I has calling in to review my new purchase of my iPhone 13 with 256 memory it is so great. I love it. And I bought the glass shield and Six foot cord and otter box to go with it. It is totally great and so easy to do.

No scratch’s or nothing came really well no damaged at all but it was stolen from the store so I don’t have a picture of it but it’s worth it I promise it works so well I had no problems with it at all it was a amazing phone while I had it! I recommend getting it!

Best Buy does absolutely nothing to certify used products. The phone had a battery health of 89% when I got it and it randomly shuts off. The network settings constantly had to be reset. It’s an unacceptable product. If the phone is certified I fully expect it to be tested and the battery replaced prior to a sale being made. Don’t ever buy used products from Best Buy. Their technical employees are a waste of money on the payroll. They don’t look at used products they just stick them in a box and call them certified. Their customer service and sales associates on the other hand are awesome and did a fantastic job from the purchase to the return and were very helpful with the entire process. This product was purchased at the cedar park TX. I can’t stress this enough only buy new products from them. Their sales associates are great and help you get what you need but their geek squad and technical workers don’t do anything.

So far, I like this phone. Have not used the camera yet. So I cannot comment on picture quality or likeness.

This phone was perfect in condition and use. Arrived very promptly.
