i knocked the dust off my parents old modem and decided to upgrade for christmas. They don't notice much of a difference but at least they're DOCSIS 3.0 now.

Good price, good quality, works as advertised and easy to set up.

Bought this modem to replace the rented DOCSYS 3 modem from Comcast. After setting it up I was surprised to reach almost 240 mbps on my Blast internet package. Unfortunately had to call Comcast to activate the modem as the online activation does not work. BTW, this is not a modem problem. One important note, this modem is only IPV6 so make sure the router is set up correctly.

Very reliable product, easy to set up and coordinate with the cable provider.

Bought this instead of paying $10 / month to cable company. All I had to do was call cable co and setup. Network is now faster and not leasing every month.

Easy to set up and so far it works a lot better than my old junky cox modem.

Combined with my Netgear Nighthawk router, my internet has been working flawlessly. The connection is always stable and I have not had to reboot the device for any reason. I am getting my 105Mbps download speeds as I should with my Comcast Xfinity service. This is an excellent cable modem to go with cable internet service.

I returned my leased Comcast cable modem and bought this one to replace it. I have a D-link router and since I was able to use it with this modem I didn't have to change all my wifi settings. We run 3 XBoxes, 3 computers, 2 tablets, Chromecast, and 3 iPhones, (sometimes all at once) with very fast speed. We have had the modem over a month and have not had to reset anything and have experienced zero problems.

Have not had any problems. We have Cox is seems to be very compatible. Easy to set up.

Comcast support had it up and running in about 25 minutes. That's saying something!

I had just switched cable providers and was ready to get a modem/router combo that was recommended by the new provider. With the help of Best Buy staff as well as an in house rep from the cable supplier, it was advised to buy this modem. It allows a higher speed than what a modem/router would be able to supply. Even the installer was impressed with the selection!

I was having a lot of problems with dropped internet. I bought this and Google WiFi probably a month ago. It hasn’t dropped any since then.

Great modem, small, easy to setup, tucks away nicely in a corner. Little bright though.

The cable modem is compatible with Optimum. It works great. You just have to be aware that you need to call Optimum to register it or you won't be able to get on the internet. Sometimes if you open a browser, you can register it on line. I didn't see that until I was already on the phone with them. Stop renting the modem from the ISP and buy your own.
