Was very easy to install no problems whatsoever. Saw only a moderate speed increase but wasn't expecting much. Good price for what you get.

I bought this Motorola modem (SB6121) to replace the rental cable modem from Comcast/XFinity for my parents. The setup of the modem was very easy and took about 15 minutes from Comcast website. The modem is extremely reliable and also you do not need to pay the rental fee anymore from Comcast.

As far as I can tell this electronic is as get if not better than the one we had from the cable company. It beats paying them $10 a month!

Was easy to setup and works well. Purchased to replace a Linksys art 610n, and it is noticeably faster.

Comcast recently informed me that my service was being changed and I would have to get a new modem. I read the reviews and decided this one would be perfect. Installation was easy, just re-connect like the previous modem was configured. Next call Comcast with the modem ID and wait about 15 min. Everything worked after that . Very simple and convenient.

Everything is great about this modem. I have it hooked to my airport extreme Wireless N throughout the house and it works great with my Brighthouse Cable (60mbps). Only issue is the service that Brighthouse isnt always up to the advertised speed as with all cable providers. This is a great way to save $6 a month. I have had cable with Comcast, Time Warner, Charter and now Brighthouse. This is the best modem so far compared to any that they provide.

Updated my WiFi to take advantage of the higher speeds now available. Easy to set up and works great.

This is a fantastic product. The high speed internet that I receive now far exceeds the speed rate from my cable company. In addition to which, I own this modem and so I will never have to pay the cable companies high dollar Modem rental charges. which by the way keep going up and up. I can take comfort in knowing that should I ever encounter problem with this product I can count on Best Buys to stand behind all the products they sell ,

I purchased this modem to replace the leased modem from my cable company. I am glad I don't have to pay $7 a month for a modem rental anymore. Works great and have not had any problem am very pleased with this purchase. Shipping was quick and the product was in perfect condition. The only small issue was that the modem was not able to be set up over the phone, But I was able to quickly get it activated online. No complaints.

This modem is versatile and small enough to tuck away and not be seen. Plenty of horse power for small and medium sized house.
