Easy set up, works great, no problems. Why lease a modem from TWC when I can buy a better one this cheap?!

Since buying this product, I never had any problems with it. I would recommend this product people who want to purchase a new modern and who doesn't want to break the bank when buying one.

This modem is great. it's easy to install. it could use some more signal power for my use. the signal to our second floor is not that strong.

Simple to set up, works right out of the box. and allows for excellent high speed internet connection.

It's pretty easy to set up. Just requires you to call your ISP and get it activated. Works well and as an added benefit, no longer have to pay a rental fee to Comcast. Win-win.

This is one of the modems you lease from Time Warner and pay monthly on, where prices can go as far as 100.00 per year. It is more feasible to purchase your own. And easy to install.

When I learned I was paying Cable Company $6 a month for a rental modem (no longer in use) for many years and could purchase my own - I did. I followed the "where to plug in the three cables" instructions (cable company line, ethernet line to router and power line). Then I called cable company technical support to give them the MAC ID number on the side of the unit. The rep "set up" my new modem and removed the monthly charge. The entire process of hooking it up and finishing with Internet company was less than 15 minutes.

We are a private cable company and we recommend these modems to our customers. A solid product.

Great modem for the price, at around $50 bucks it's exactly what we needed. Fast. Small. Does its job

it takes 10 mins or less once plugged in to register with comcast. then between the leasing/repair contract you will recoup the purchase price in 3-4 months. now you can save money.

I needed a modem so I don't spend the $10 rental payment for Comcast. The workers were nice and helped me get the modem I needed. I bought the cheaper one and it works great!

Got this to replace the Comcast modem we had been renting. Hooked it up, called Comcast and it was running fine. Now only if dealing with Comcast Customer Service was this easy...

The Modem is a very solid purchase for a recreational gamer or internet user. It's not a high tech machine that supports the avid gamers but it does suffice for streaming movies or shows online or even online gaming.
