This cable modem is fantastic for the price. It is 32×8 channels and i never had any connections issues. It works eith my Google nest wifi and im getting 300MB. I recommend it over netgear cm1100 that never worked with my Google wifi.

He gave me helpful tips on how to setup and use this device with my existing Wi-Fi Router Net. The unit is compact and was easy to set up. Highly recommend this unit and the service from BestBuy.

So far so good, I've been using this for 3 weeks now because I had to replace a faulty NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable Modem CM1200 I bought somewhere else. I currently use it for Spectrum 200 Mb/s, and when I run test it gives me about 230 Mb/s. So yes I'm very happy with it.

Small in size, great in small places. Fast speed, definitely recommended.

Traded my spectrum equipment in cause they were gonna raise the price. So I bought this and a Google router and have had zero problems I get 250 Mbps from my iso spectrum and that's what it stays at. I also added a access point cause of the walls in my apartment in my room made my whole internet connection faster and more reliable. The modem will pay for itself eventually

The ARRIS - SURFboard 3.0 Cable Modem is FANTASTIC! I had to replace my Mediacom modem/router and was told it would be beneficial to get a separate router and modem. I chose the ARRIS and have been VERY impressed with how much better it works than my previous modem/router

Great modem for Gigabit Internet access. Easy to set up (you may have to contact your ISP to register the MAC address). I have used this particular model for a year, now, and recently purchased an identical replacement recently when the old modem was fried by lightning.

The cable installer had no trouble integrating this into the system. Speeds are excellent. Easy connection to the wifi router.

I was renting a modem from Wow! even though I knew better. I just didn't take the time to get my own. I had been having problems with their modem for some time and just couldn't stand it anymore. Had Geek Squad install this along with a new router and voila! Everything works! No hassles, no delays. I'm able to get to what I want, when I want without any aggravation.

I bought this Modem because my old one wasn’t fast enough . I have a 600 megabit connection. This Modem has actually been faster than my line speed it has been clocked at over 700 megabits on my line with a direct connection to my computer . It says it will do 1 gigabyte download .

Xfinity required a new Modem for my 400 plan. It didn't set up immediately after I logged in to the Xfinity app to add the modem, I had to run a reset with the Xfinity app. Works fine.
