I had a older one for about 6 years and didn't have any problems with it... it still works but it's old and can't handle the faster speeds...so I upgraded to this one and it was easy to setup and use.

I read all the reviews about different modems and I've been with Arris for the last 8+yrs. This modern does not lose connection, the speed is unbelievable. I haven't had to reset this at all and I've had this modem for about 1 month now.

I upgraded my internet plan and had to upgrade my modem to reach the new speeds. I've had absolutely no issues with this modem in the one year of using it. Very highly recommended!

Very easy to set up and works great. Sure beats renting one from Comcast for $15/month, it's a no brainer. Also, the salesman was great and made sure I was getting what I needed.

Brought this modem to best suite my EERO PRO system. It's fantastic no glitches at all. No connectivity problems with Spectrum. It's fantastic when electronics just work without problems. This products WORKS

FIRST.... do yourself a favor and buy a new modem every 3 - 4 years. I have always had an Arris modem, but never knew I had to upgrade. While doing some reasearch on why my internet keeps dropping I found out that my older modem (4 years old) was out of date and wasnt accepting updates to the software. Turns out, you need to update your modem every 3-4 years based off the updates in internet connectivity. Now my internet is WICKED fast with my Eero mesh wifi! Second.... this brand is amazing. I have always had an Arris Surfboard Modem, and I would highly recommend them.

What more could one ask for? It's been chugging along reliably and pumping out gigabit speeds from my provider. It was bought specifically to ensure compatibility with gig service plans and has not let me down.

It does its job (very well). Gives me full speed provided by my ISP plan (600 Mbps). I use it along with a Nest Router and a few access points for a mesh network. Easy setup.

Excellent modem. Eliminated all my connectivity issues. I incorporate a separate router and they work very well together. So glad I finally broke down and replaced my old modem.

Purchased this because Cox was upgrading their service. I already had an Arris Surfboard so I just upgraded to a recommended model. I like the small size. Works well... so far, no issues.

It does what it says, typical Arris reliability you'd expect. Upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1 allowed me to use the bandwidth I was paying for.

Solid modem that speeds up my internet connection.

This unit is surprisingly fast. I had the same on in a 3.0 version and had absolutely NO problems! This one is actually way faster with both download and upload speeds. Super easy to set up - it pretty much does it automatically!

My internet was a little slow and COX suggested that I try DOCSIS 3.1. The installation was easy, and the internet performance has improved. Super easy to install.
