AT&T has proven once again they cannot make home phone. The call block feature does not work. When a number is put in to dial and you decide wrong number you have to backspace to remove. The customer service line suck and is no help. Now I’m stuck with a product that sucks!

This system has many functions but it not easy to set up. I purchased it for my 92 year old mother who does know how to operate a computer, iPhone and Kendall but this phone is way to complicated. I am wishing I had not bought it but will make due.

Was not satisfied with my purchase, the phones weren't working correctly. Could not return due to your short return policy. Had to pack them up and mail to the manufacturing company. Costing me postage and time. Would have been easier for me to return to the store. Had them less than a monrh.

My husband and I are both in our 90;s so we are having trouble with the new set. Right now, it says we have 5 missing calls but I can't find them. The message on the home base does not show I have any calls. This is a home phone. I don't do pictures.
Voice issue w/ original & replacement unit-AVOID!!

Avoid this like the plague!! Purchased and set it up. Worked fine for about 30 days then we encountered an issue where I could hear callers but they couldn't hear me. Hummm ... OK - took it back to Best Buy and they ordered me a replacement (was in the extended return window thankfully!). Set up the replacement unit and it worked great until yesterday when the exact same problem occurred. It's been 60 days since I received my replacement and I'm outside the return window so I'm stuck with a worthless non-working phone system. Once is a problem - twice the same issue is a trend. STRONGLY recommend you avoid this phone system

Item was defective, the base unit was causing the dial tone to cut off intermittently. I returned it at Waterford Lakes and received good customer service.

There are several issues with this phone. The voicemail picks up after 2 rings, there is no way to change it.
Then the volume is not that loud with it rings.
Then BESTY buy only gives you 14 days, now its not returnable. This is crazy.

Horrible!! Did not recognize was not even recording messages would let you know you had a message, but nothing there. I missed SO many messages due to this horrible piece of equipment. I will be taking it back ASAP ‼️.

System requires constant resetting - in the last two weeks the phone system will randomly lock up when dialing out and receiving calls. You cannot hear the caller on the other end even though it appears to connect on the other end. After unplugging the system and then plugging back in it works fine for a while. Have checked with local phone carrier and validated that it is the phone not line. Of course this starts just outside of the 30 day return period - now i have a piece of junk and have purchased a better system.

In the 3 weeks we had the phone, I have had to unplug and plug in the base unit 3 times to reset it. The hand set loses the ability to hear a conversation. It rings and the other party hears you but you can’t hear them. Wouldn’t recommend it

If you’re trying to buy this for the connect to cell, just know that it does not allow you to place calls, only accept incoming calls via the handsets. This was with an iPhone, which does not have the Connect2Cell app. That is only on Android it appears.

Took this back to store as it keep loosing power to unit. had to unplug 4 or 5 times before we had it for 1 month. purchased 5/24/21 and returned 6/11/21

Got this setup to replace my 6 year old home phone and I have to say that this setup is great. It was very easy to setup, has great features and the sound is clear as a bell.
