Not the easiest to figure out but does have a loud ringer for those who can’t hear good

I wish it will have caller id voice announce. So I know the person who called with out looking.

Good for it's price but doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles on older phone.

Works great for blocking unwanted calls; however, not user friendly. Couldn’t get numbers from my directory, loaded my directory last name first when my phone listed first names first. Returned this item. Will put up with the unwanted calls, less frustrating.

Good product however operating manual could be clearer.

One of the handsets stopped working all together after one month. When the answering machine plays, you can barely hear the caller. Volume won’t go any higher. Purchased warranty after the phone stopped working in order to return entire unit for an exchange.

This is a gift and I have not heard back from the recipient.

its ok , the ring tone are not good sound is ok. its just average.

Had trouble with this phone from the beginning. Contacted manufacturer to resolve transmission issues(inability to hear caller,caller could hear me). Customer Support talked me through a reboot. Phone worked fine for +- 1 week,then went out again. Contacted service provider and for assistance, service repaired a few days later,went out again after acouple of weeks,same problem. RETURNED

Tactile feedback is poor on keys. Some features require too many steps.

An average quality product. Voice quality is not sharp.

Easy to set up. Works good, contact list could be easier to use.

Had an older model but the battery was not holding this one has very poor reception

2 weeks return time causes me to not want me to shop at Best Buy. I still cannot make this telephone system to work and am losing calls daily. Ugh!!! Now I have just lost $70+ dollars and have to buy another at a different store.

This system has many functions but it not easy to set up. I purchased it for my 92 year old mother who does know how to operate a computer, iPhone and Kendall but this phone is way to complicated. I am wishing I had not bought it but will make due.

AT&T has proven once again they cannot make home phone. The call block feature does not work. When a number is put in to dial and you decide wrong number you have to backspace to remove. The customer service line suck and is no help. Now I’m stuck with a product that sucks!
