I bought this phone set for my office. The basic functions work as marketed. When entering my code for my voice mail (I don't use the machine on the device as it is a feature on my landline), the keys can stick. The phone does not leave my desk, so not sure why the sticking issue. Would I buy this phone again? No. I did though and it does the job a phone should do 'just ok'. Nothing special. Decent price for a cheap desk phone. Easy to use and lights up when ringing so if you have the sound turned way down or off, you will still know it's ringing.

The phone was purchased for an elderly adult who despite my nagging refuses to get a cell phone and prefers a landline. Set up was very easy and even though he is in his mid 80's he does not seem to have any issues using it. Big ups for the design team for using big buttons for ease of use. Would readily recommend for anyone who is not ready to give up their landline and wants an easy to use phone/answering machine combo at a good price.

I bought this phone for my 89 year old mom. Since the buttons & numbers are so large, it's great for her because she has such poor vision. My only complaint would be that the # 1 is pre-programmed for some voice mail type thing. On her previous phone #1 was speed dial for me. Now my speed dial number is 0 and that is confusing for her, since the rest of my family's #'s remained the same.

My mom needed a new cordless phone that mounted on the wall and hooked to her land line. She also wanted one that had big numbering on the keys and a loud ringer. She is in her late 80’s and this phone is perfect for her. The answering machine is also super easy to use.

This AT&T cordless phone combo answering sys. does everything I need. The screen is easy to read, decent sound quality and has worked very well......I would recommend this to anyone needing or looking to replace their cordless phone sys.

For 14 months this has been error free. It is super easy to set up and use. Everything follows common sense and is easy to read and understand, both on the phone and handset.
