phone was easy to install and program. Excellent instructions.

I have an elder aunt who has trouble hearing. Her old phone was not loud enough. This phone is perfect for volume and ease of use.

We wanted an answering machine and this phone does the trick. It even has great sound quality.

I would have rated this product zero stars but I had to select one star to activate the review. I wish this AT&T phone was a V-Tech. I had to replace the identical phone that lost its mind and broke down after only 3 years of use. This inferior phone could no longer receive and send phone calls after only 3 years. What a piece of junk from a name company AT&T. Unfortunately this poor quality phone was the only and last single phone left in the store to satisfy my need for a hard wired landline home phone. I had no choice in the matter and I don't like being without options. it was buy the inferior AT&T phone or buy nothing and be without a home landline.

Great home phone just had to buy a new one due to my daughters always pressing tge buttons but other then that great phone

very good phone but the salesman that sold it to me said it would accept a headphone, but when i got it home i found it had no jack for a headset. I was a little put out but the phone works great

It is a wonderful phone. The answering machine is great for people who travel. We can pick up messages on the road.

For a basic landline phone... it’s perfect, especially the price, and easy to use!

Took me a while to figure out the directory section but once I understood the sequence, all of the phone's functions became apparent.

The ring is too loud even when the ringer is turned all the way down. I do like that the phone and cradle do not take up a lot of room on my counter. Please fix the ringer!!!

Found the phone to be everything we were looking for. Later contacted AT&T and purchased second companion phone for around $30. No regrets. All is well.
