I purchased this online as a Christmas present for my stepdad and picked it up in-store!
He loves music, so I figured this would be an awesome gift - which it really was. He also mentioned he used to have a record player when he was younger, so it brought some cool memories back! It looks great, we had no issues setting it up, and it sounds amazing (we hooked it up to our speaker system in the living room). Now, we will be starting our own vinyl collection.
I don’t know much about record players / turntables, but my stepdad is happy so I’ll take his word for it! So far 10/10 - would recommend + the Bluetooth feature? Love it :)

Boy,does this take me back, without truly taking me back. That's of course,a good thing.
Anyone will gladly tell you that there's a certain sense of style and swagger that comes with taking a vynl record out of its sleeve and placing it on the wheels of steel. It's classy. reflined, and down-right cool. Heck! One could even argue that it's quite romantic to hear the lovely crackling of the staylus dancing over your favorite peace of memory on wax while the lights are dem.
Now that the vibe is all set, let's see what we are truly here to talk about, shall we?
The Audio technica LP-70XBT is a really cool record player that has the look and feel of the old days of the late 20th century, but still utilzes the perks of today's technology. That tech is bluetooth and I must say, that this is a game-changer for anyone living in small spaces or just someone who doesn't want people bumping into their systen while the party is poppin'. This turn-table is equipted with ability to be placed anywhere in your home and cast it's music to any bluetooth speaker with-in a 30' ratious. If blueetooth isn't your thing and you'd like to go the way of old tried and true receiver set-up, the LP-70XBT has the RCA cables just for that inside the box. You're record collection can be considered one of your most prized possessions and you don't wan anything falling on it while it's in play or while you store you turn-table between plays. So the transparent dust protector is packed in the box. A power cord is in the box and it's real. Not like one of those USB thinggies that require you get your own brick. Nope.this is a real deal phonogragh with the bluetooth flare. There's a switch in the back that allows for phono or line and the stylus can be upgraded and interchangable with another turn-ttable in the line(VM95).
The only issues I've got with this one is the felt mat keeps coming off whenever I take my records off the platter. I find that quite annoying. And even thoughit can connect with up to 8 different devices, you can only do playback through one of them at a time. i feelike it was easier to selsect tracks when I was younger. That may have something to do with having older eyes, though. Other than those little qualms, Ireally love this thing. Just a note, though. Records are a bit more expensive now. But a great hobby to have. This would make a great starter table. Enjoy!

Overall, our family really enjoys this record player. I have always wanted a record player to listen to older vinyls I inherited from my grandparents when they passed on. This is an all inclusive player for those older nostalgia records as well as the newer vinyl releases that connects to your preferred Bluetooth speaker or by a 3.5mm jack. The sound quality for the older vinyls is not as refined which requires your speaker to play at a higher volume, however, I personally love the “scratchy” playback from the needle when playing the older vinyls. Only small consideration is you have to make sure the record player is connected to the Bluetooth speaker BEFORE playing any records. Otherwise, no sound will play. Cost of this player is on the higher end of most budgets. I personally believe this is appropriately priced for the features and capabilities, but I always wait until a sale or discount is offered. Set up was somewhat unusual because of the needle placement and making sure patience prevailed with installing delicate pieces. But once the player is put together and connected to your preferred output source, it’s as easy as placing the vinyl on the center post and press play. The player will do the rest.

I'm really impressed with this record player! From the moment I set it up, it exceeded my expectations. The features are not only modern and convenient but also user-friendly, making it a great choice for both beginners and seasoned vinyl lovers.
The sound quality is phenomenal — rich, warm, and incredibly clear. It does a great job of bringing out the details in each record, whether it's an old classic or a new pressing. I especially appreciate how well it handles bass and treble, delivering a full and balanced audio experience.
Overall, this is a high-quality player that combines vintage charm with modern features. Definitely a great investment for anyone serious about their vinyl collection.

Hooked up these to my Sony amp. Excellent sound quality, makes listening to old records a breeze. Full automatic or you can use them manually as well as needed. Very sturdy design, needle does not skip ever. Cleans the noise very well even from scratched records. Definitely recommended.

A very good basic turntable for the price. It may not have advanced features like my old Technics turntable, but is good enough for my (reduced) needs. Upgrade stylus for a little better sound- though after a certain age very H-FI sound is not distinguishable. It provides a blue Thooth connect ability to earphones- but if that is not essential a lower end model (and cheaper) model is also ok.easy to operate in auto or manual mode for positioning the arm. Only two drawbacks 1) it needs to have a place to keep the “insert”/ place for 45 RPM. Without tgat I keep misplacing it. Solution- from 1980,s I got a bunch of inserts :) :) :) . 2) Now what do I do with the 78RPMs???!

Bought this turntable to replace my old JVC one. Easy to setup and sounds great when I popped on that first piece of vinyl and dropped the needle. I am using this with my older Yamaha reciever that wirelessly sends the sound to my new speakers. I love it and it just brings back good memories of playing records back in the day. Analog still sounds better than digital or streaming!

I researched forever and took a chance on this turntable. It had excellent reviews. I needed one that was a bit more compact (which this is), as it is housed in a vintage radio cabinet. It fit perfectly. I also took a chance on it being somewhat compatible with Sonos, and YES, it is actually fully compatible!! It plays through the Sonos app, too. (I was told only the $ 800-plus models were compatible.) It plays smoothly and has great features. I highly recommend this model.

This phonograph has many wonderful features, such as, curved arm for better stylus wear, auto return at the end of the album, and easy lft for accurate placement to play specific songs. The set up and pairing to our Bluetooth speakers was extremely quick and easy! The sound quality is crisp and clear. A great value!

I purchased the Audio-Technica LP70XBT as a Christmas gift and it was a huge hit. The sound quality is excellent—clear, warm, and well-balanced—and the Bluetooth connectivity makes it incredibly easy to use. As a first-time vinyl player purchase, this was a great choice: easy to set up, well-built, and very user-friendly, yet it still delivers impressive sound. It performs far beyond its price point and is perfect for beginners and vinyl lovers alike.

a fantastic entry-level turntable with Bluetooth connectivity. It’s easy to set up and use, making it perfect for beginners. The sound quality is impressive for its price, and the built-in phono preamp adds convenience. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone looking to enjoy vinyl records wirelessly.
