I recently purchased the Avalon water cooler, and I’m very happy with it. The hot and cold water options work perfectly, and the temperature is just right. It’s much quieter than my old dispenser, sleek, and fits nicely in my space. Compared to my previous one, this feels sturdier and more modern. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable water cooler for home or office.

We purchased this model specifically because it was a bottom loading cooler, we didn't want to be flipping over 5 gallon bottles anymore. It comes, ith a night light, 3 water temperatures, hot, cold and cool. Safety features built in for the hot water. This one is black stainless steel, nice looking.

This product is awesome… no damage or dent or anythinf. Got it in great shape. No problems with the door/hinge. Works the way its supposed to. Easy plug and play. Pretty silent motor. Sleek design.

Easy setup and use. My family is drinking a LOT more water now. Hot water is perfect for my Wife's Americano coffee habit, The cool and cold water options are so perfect, We set it next to our SodaStream and it is so convenient. Unit feels sturdy and I 100% prefer the water jug hidden below instead of needing to be lifted every water change. Really happy with this water cooler!

Bought this for our family. We all like it so far. Very quiet and easy to hook up to the Gallon. Very nice and elegant. I would definitely recommend it. I do not have any negative to share at this time. It is very convenient and much better than buying cases of water.

I love how easy this was to setup and use. Favorite part is the jug goes in at the bottom.

Perfect! Well designed, sanitary, and a looks great. It’s also nice to have a self cleaning feature. The black stainless is on the lighter side. If you’re trying to match other appliances, it’s midway between Samsung’s black stainless and regular stainless.

Bought the black one. The design is awesome. Self cleaning is easy to do. It’s very light to carry.

Simple, I love it, great water pressure, looks so neat and modern at the same time. Does not take a lot of space and at the same time hides the bottle inside. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice space saving design. But doesn't completely drain all of the water from our water jug. I have to pour the remaining water into a cup once the dispenser thinks the jug is empty.

It’s perfect, sturdy, quality-made and does exactly what it’s supposed to do, how it’s supposed to do it! Not to mention, it looks great.

I truly like the sleek design of this cooler—it looks great in my space. While it worked, it performed really well, delivering consistently cold and hot water. However, I'm docking stars because after 2.5 years, I've started having recurring issues with the cooling system freezing the water. We can no longer leave the cold setting on at all... the freezing issue causes water to be expelled from the bottom causing a terrible mess. I expected a lot more longevity at this price point. If not for the freezing problem, it would be a perfect cooler.

Looks good and works good for like a few months then just shut down and i have done research and there is alot pf buyers having trouble save ure money get a diffrent brand it freezes and wont dispense water pretty expensive for it only to work afew months
