I recently purchased the Avalon water cooler, and I’m very happy with it. The hot and cold water options work perfectly, and the temperature is just right. It’s much quieter than my old dispenser, sleek, and fits nicely in my space. Compared to my previous one, this feels sturdier and more modern. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable water cooler for home or office.

Quick fingerless response. Awesome easy set up. Clean hygienic control for self-cleaning. Anti-Lock child control. Anti-myco-bacteria resins built in. Easy access to bottom door to clean inside of the bottle housing. Cap control on bottle is wrapped with sterile plastic. The Pump attached to cap is also wrapped in sterile food The cold control took about a flat 15-18 minute return. The Hot was less than that of cold return. Hot return completed a flat 10-11 minute return. Packaging was secured with no dust inside of box. No odors. No smells. Easy to release from box and easy to mount water bottle on the bottom. The finger-less touch is highly responsive. When I held my phone over the machine, to take a snap-shot, it started to respond with cold water:). No complaint with that. Many options to accessorize with cup holder or mount. I will purchase the mount which comes with a discount attached to this purchase Just an awesome machine. I will another one for my alkaline water bottles.

We purchased this model specifically because it was a bottom loading cooler, we didn't want to be flipping over 5 gallon bottles anymore. It comes, ith a night light, 3 water temperatures, hot, cold and cool. Safety features built in for the hot water. This one is black stainless steel, nice looking.

Great water cooler. Hot water is so convenient for tea. I wasn’t sure how the bottom load model would perform but it’s great! Easy to load into the bottom. Streamlined look without too bottle is nice!

I absolutely love this water dispenser. It was very easy to set up and quickly started working right out of the box. I have enjoyed having any type of water at literally the push of a button. I love the ability to turn off the hot or cold features as well. I live in Texas and don’t use a lot of hot water except for a few cold months out of the year. So I have turned off the hot water feature and left the cold water on. It is definitely worth your money…I have saved alot not having to buy big water bottle packages. I definitely would recommend this water dispenser to anyone looking. I did want to mention the machine I have has the sleek button look too…they are flat circle buttons which makes it look even nicer. Also I do not hear any noise from the machine at all…it’s very quiet except for the little noise it makes as it’s filling up a water bottle or container. Definitely worth the money!!!!

I’ve been buying alkaline water for health issues and wanted a cooler that would keep my water cool. I still use ice but this cooler makes the water very cold. It does make some noise but I consider the noise level very minor and we have it setup next to our living room couch and after a couple of days didn’t notice it at all. The setup is easy and changing the bottles is simple. I really like this one.

Great water source to have at home and work! Really easy to set up and replace jugs with the loading area at the bottom. The water is perfect from cold actually being cold and the hot water really hot (also has cool). A bonus for me is I no longer have to buy 30 pack of water every week for my family so I cut down on bottle waste and money. It only cost me $2 to refill a 5 gal jug which usually last about a week. If you and your family drink lots of water this is a great choice to replace store bought bottle packs.

Bought this water dispenser about a year ago or so and 10/10 would recommend. It has three water temperatures (Hot, Cool, Cold) and I have no complaints. It has a night light as well and a button that blinks red when the bottle needs to be switched out (aka your tanks are about to run out of water) Definitely a good buy!

Ordered online for delivery. First one arrived with a broken door. Had to return it to store (time consuming). Next one arrived early. Works fine, I chose this one for a cleaner look with 5 gallon bottle hidden and we like the hot water feature.

For the ones that we do not have a fridge with water line incorporated, it’s a life savior. Easy to install, secured switch for hot water (very handy). Perfect for cup of tea or instant coffee since the water comes out very hot. Love the option of cold and cool water, (I’m not a cold water drinker so it’s perfect for me). You don’t even hear noises when it’s cooling or warming the water. Doesn’t take much space in the kitchen ether.

Its very simple to use. All i had to do was plug it in and let the cold and hot water get to proper temperature. Ive had it for a week now and just used the sanitizer, it takes about 90 minutes so i would turn it on when you are about to leave the house or something. The only thing i didnt like was the light was too dim. Other than that, this was perfect!

After reading other customer reviews on this item. I also highly recommend this product for being exactly what you've been wanting in a chilled/Room/Hot water despencer self cleaning and ease of loading 3/5 gallon jugs. 5 gallons are very easy to load. Remove bottle cap for tube insertion into bottle.

I bought one for my home and could not be happier with it! Cold and hot water! We chose spring water. My daughter lives in camp LeJuine so with all the water fuss , I bought her one too and my daughter, son in law, and grandkids love it! We all actually drink more water now, I place plastic reusable dixie and mid size cups on cooler top to promote more water drinking. If the cups are there, they will drink healthy clean water. Best decision and love this product. Makes great gift as well. The gift of good health.

Used for 2 adults and 4 kids daily. We love this being able to have hot water instantly. We live in the city and the water is horrible. We drive out to my dads who has a well we fill up 4 jugs and almost make it through a month with water. Kids can do cup of noodles or hot coco or tea with it without getting out pots to boil water. This has truly been a life saver for us no more recycle bin filled with water bottles! Been holding up perfect for 6 people using it. We have been using it for a few months now too.

I purchased this unit, a3blozonewtrclr, after researching the various self cleaning models and opted to go with the ozone cleaning over UV. I received the item in decent condition, it has a small dent in the top, but was disappointed at the use of plastic. It doesn’t feel very sturdy or durable. When reading the manual I discovered that the unit i was sent uses UV and not ozone despite what i ordered. I called the 800 # and was told by a recording that i had to use the website chat or write an email for any assistance. No live person. I did the chat and was informed they switched to UV recently siting its more efficient, this also felt very generic and was not a two-way conversation. I feel i was duped. Nowhere does the A3 list UV sterilization, and all models still state the self cleaning ozone feature on the Amazon site, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy……It leaves me very leary of the product and the company’s integrity. On the up side, it is attractive, quiet, and the water tastes just fine.

Looks exactly like the picture. Works great. It's a little taller than my previous water cooler but i love the color and how it's bottom loading. It has a cool self cleaning feature and 3 water temperatures.

all is right, cold water, hot water, room temperature,,, water tastes good coming out,,, it's a little pricey but in the long run its worth it.

The machine really works good , perfect for family of four , dispesning all time hot and cold water , working non stop.

Easy to set up. Looks great in the kitchen. The water is nice and cold ,tastes great. I did clean the inside of the unit before using because there was a slight smell of plastic.
