Technicians did an awesome job on my install. Took the time to recommend better products for less money and walked me through stereo operation. Great service.

This review is long overdue. In June 2022 I had a pioneer double din display unit with microphone, steering wheel controls and backup camera installed at the Best Buy in Sterling, VA on my son's old Honda 2000 by a smart and kind technician named Matt. I don't know if Matt is still there, but I want to have him recognized for the excellent service he provided me. Matt said since it was very hot outside and stores weren't open yet, that I could stay in the car bay. He provided me a chair to sit. I watched Matt work non-stop during the entire two hours of the scheduled installation service to get all 3 purchased items installed. He said usually they reserve 2 slots for all 3 items. I was very impressed with all of Matt's professional skills. Especially fishing the wires for the backup camera and the microphone installation. I really hope that customers realize that these technicians don't make nearly what they deserve with the highly technical skills and knowledge required to do these types of installations. Best buy is lucky to have a very highly skilled technician like Matt in their geek squad unit.

The installer did a great job with installing a new head unit, amplifier, and subwoofer, along with all new speakers and a bass remote. He also installed the back up camara that came free with the purchase of the head unit. What i was surprised to find out is that the Only installation that was included was the head unit. EVERYTHING else was not included and ended up paying a lot extra for the full installion. I think the installer was good at his job and payed attention to detail. No complaints there at all. His name is Austin and works at the Centennial, Colorado Best Buy location. Over all, im satisfied with the products that were installed on my vehicle and im enjoying it. I dont think i will ever have Best Buy Install again as I dont like all the hidden items you need and extra cost that I wasnt prepared for. Next time I will install it myself or have a different professional installation done.

Pat and his crew did a great job with the installation and they were excellent in explaining the features of the items I purchased. They exhibited a great amount of patience and knowledge answering my questions. Kudos to the whole crews

We received excellent service from the Beat Buy in Allen, TX to install this. The technician was clearly an expert, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our appointment time was spot on and he delivered well within the timeframe he set as an expectation.

Tim from the auto installation dept of the Westminster store was awesome all the way through. Walked us through the process and the cost breakdown as well as parts needed and expertly set everything up with parts and the appointment.

The guys at best buy were amazing, they got the camera installed and I had no issues. They made getting it installed so much easier for me and I'm very grateful.

Looks great and eliminates the need for a separate bolt on camera, you really don't notice there is camera. The video is clear and the width of view is good but not excellent. The camera swivels up or down to adjust how close you want to see behind the car, I adjusted it so as to see anything within 1 ft of my rear end. The built-in back-up LED lights do a very good job in the dark. The auto turning lines really don't coincide with the amount of steering wheel turns but you can turn them off and just look at the field of view which is good. I like this much better than bolting on a separate camera and the chrome license plate itself is of good quality and heavy duty metal.

Got a backup camera installed for my daughter’s car. They did a great job and the tech was excellent in explaining the features and answering any questions we had. Great job.

Best Buy installed a stereo and rear view camera on my 2009 Nissan Rogue. Due the car's age, I had to replace a piece of the dashboard during the installation, which the technicians handled no problem. Every thing has worked fine since then, and I'm happy with their work

Great job on backup camera being installed...not happy with installing of a returned radio I purchased "excellent " condition uet had a crack in face and still installed...shiuld have NEVER been installed...follow up with rxh very unprofessional...highly disappointed.

Purchased and had a mirror mounted back up camera for our granddaughter’s car. Installation was perfect and customer service was professional and great to work with. This gave us piece of mind and one happy and safe granddaughter!
