Very good install no issues. Camera works great. Checked the wiring and it looks good at the too.

Installed and set up reverse camera in our 2021 Nissan Frontier.

HAD BACK UP CAM INSTALLED IN 2008 BEETLE AND IT WORKS GREAT

Started off fine. Purchased at local store, but had to schedule install in neighboring town as my store no longer did installs. 30 minute drive and about 1-2 weeks out, but no big deal. Got a voicemail reminding me about my appointment and letting me know that, since the appointment was before normal store hours, I would have to drop off the car. No issues there. Unfortunately they didn't tell me what to do when I got there. Took a while to track down someone (again, they were closed) to let them know I was there and waiting around back. Installer told me it would be sometime that day, but couldn't say how long. Not a huge problem since I was dropping off. He called in the early afternoon to say that it was installed, but mirror wasn't turning on. Another unit had supposedly arrived on the truck, but it wasn't unloaded yet. He wasn't sure if a store manager could pick one up from a neighboring store or if I needed to do that. We agreed that he would check to see if he got the unit on the truck and go from there. Several hours later, I decided to drive up to the store to pick up my car as it was apparent nothing was going to get fixed that day and there was no longer time for me to pick up a unit from another store myself (by this time the shop was closing in about an hour). I finally received a call on my way in. This was probably 3.5 hours after the last call. He couldn't find the unit from the truck and said it would probably be stocked overnight. I couldn't leave my car overnight (needed it), so advised that I was picking it up and for him to call me once he knew more bout the unit coming in. He advised that he would do so and that I wouldn't have to go to the back of the line for scheduling another install time - I would have priority. Got a call mid-day the next day. Unit arrived - they could fit me in on Saturday (this was a Thursday). I advised I had plans on Saturday, why not Friday? They were booked all day Friday, so I had to schedule for the following Monday. Didn't feel much like "priority". Long story short, first unit had a bad cable. Swapped the cable and all was well. Install itself was of good quality and the installer was a nice guy that seemed to genuinely want to help. However, there were points of communication breakdown (where to go for initial appointment with store closed, delayed update on search for replacement unit) and a second non-prioritized visit to an inconvenient location.

Install was excellent and went much faster than anticipated. Could not be happier.

The guy's were very knowledgeable and caring. They went above and beyond trying to get my Pioneer 3800NEX working properly. After two trips, they said the radio probably needed to be replaced. The backup camera install was great for functionality and the position of it.

My vehicle is a 2014 model so doesn't have a built-in display for GPS or backup camera. I am using the GPS feature on my phone so that is no longer an issue but the availability of a backup camera was still missing. After doing some research on Best Buy's website, I could see that there was something that looked like it should work for me. I ordered it along with installation. It was scheduled for yesterday. My vehicle was in the shop promptly and an hour and 15 minutes later, I was on my way and very pleased with the product and the installation!

I called Geek squad prior to my appointment to verify they would be able to install the camera I picked from Amazon. Geek squad person was very nice and looked up the item with me and let me know what additional items I would need to get for installation they were not included in the package. Installation went well within soured time. I love my camera!

Seaton had previously installed an aftermarket system in my Porsche Boxster and did an outstanding job so I had high confidence he would also do a great job installing another aftermarket audio unit in my Corvette C5 z06. Denver & Ian where very helpful and knowledgable about the equipment and installation of my system. I waited to review until my full system was installed.(had to wait for the back up cam to be delivered). They helped me choose the right product and installed it flawlessly. Everything works and looks like it was OEM installed. Though I cant say ive had a bad experiance in the store itself, this by far is the way all associates should interact with customers. The installation of my rear back up camera was a wonderful experience. Not only did, Rubin a Geek Squad employee in Snellville, GA provide me his expert opinion on which back up camera best suited my SUV, but he was correct! I could not be more pleased. Rubin was courteous, respectful, thorough and very efficient during this installation process. It is because of Rubin, that I recommend Best Buy for any car installation needs. Rubin in Snellville, GA has set the bar high for Geek Squad employees but I am confident that if Best Buy chose Rubin, they know to hire the Best!!!
