I wanted a new pen / stylus combo after I wore out the nib of my Bamboo. This seemed to fit the bill function-wise and price-wise and indeed it does a nice job both on the iPad and with the pen. I might miss the more compact size of the Bamboo but that's hardly a reason not to get this one.

Very nice stylus with a ballpoint pen. It has a good weight to it.

I bought this stylus/pen because it had both functions. I am often working simultaneously on my iPad and paper and I just have to flip it over instead of having to use two things. Just makes it quicker and easier for work.

I bought this for Dell Venue 8 tablet and so far it's extremely useful. The stylus part is soft enough not to mark up the tablet screen but firm enough to open all the apps. The pen is also very handy as most of the time I'm either sitting in bed reading, or at my dining room table and a pen isn't always handy. Excellent item for the price.
