It works fine until it broke after 3 months. I called best buy but they told me that the warranty only works with the manufacturer, so far I have not hear anything from them.

My husband was a skeptic, but WOW, this little guy (we call him Herbie) does a wonderful job. I was surprised how much dirt he sucks up. I could not live without him now. I have told my family and friends, if they need a robot vacuum, Bissell is it!

Got the vacuum when it was on sale and wanted the cheaper one to just try with my new hardwood floor. I have two dogs so I was looking for something that could run at least once a day when I was at work. I kept getting an error saying my floors were too dark and as soon as it hit a shadow it stopped as well. It was constantly beeping the error messages at me. I ended up returning the product and going with a higher end roomba.

This was a true waste of money. There are two many things for it to back up on..

I thought it was a great investment but wife didn't much care for it cause we have a long haired German Shepard. I don't know if Bissell makes a robot for those dogs but it would be nice

It works so so on flooring/horrible on Carpet. Save you money and buy a real vacuum!

I bought this in store as an alternative to the very expensive Robot and am thrilled with it. Quiet, efficient and at a much more reasonable price.

I wouldn't know, we had problems with it from the start. We could charge it all day and then as soon as we try to turn it on for the night time clean up instantly says dead battery

Bought this for a gift for my wife for christmas and its made me look bad ever since. It worked fine for the first couple weeks. Lately It has given us nothing but problems. It Throws an error code almost every time we try to use it, It never charges right on the dock i have to manually charge it with the cord. Now im stuck with It and it just sits there in the corner because im sure its past my return date. Only had it 2 months. Waste of almost $300! Sincerely P*ssed Consumer!

This vacuum works well for the first few uses; however, this deteriorates in performance afterwards.

I have had two in 4 months. They stop working and just spin in circles on my hardwood floor. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

simply put: best option for the price. 90 min battery. powerful suction. smart navigation technology. never gets stuck. always finds its way back home. wish it came with the remote but you can buy from Bissell direct.

Works good but does get stuck every now and then No biggie for the price you cant beat it. We thought the house was clean but this thing is finding stuff we can't see. For the money this is the one to get !!!

This product is very inexpensive compared to its peers. It is almost entirely made of plastic and doesn't hold up well. It broke with in the first two months and was completely replaced by Bissell in warranty. The second unit lasted about one year and mechanically broke once again. It seemed to pick up pet hair fairly well. It couldn't negotiate our thick area rugs very well. It took a dive into our sunken living room several times. The charging/programming unit was difficult to program as the LCD panel was faint and difficult to read. Both break downs were mechanical in nature (broken plastic parts in the wheel drive and the brush drive). The iRobot Roomba product is a much better unit. You get what you pay for.

I had bought the Bissell Smart clean at a Best Buy NY store, and it worked fine for a month. Suddenly it stopped to work and the battery had seemed to be dead. I had searched on-line to have a guess on what happened. Here is my guess: if you over discharge the battery it will stay like a dead mode. I tried to awaken the battery using the charger that was supplied with the equipment. It didn´t worked out because that charger have very unstable voltages (it varies a lot and with upper voltages than the battery limit - 24V). So, I used a regular charger of a computer (LI-ion 19v) to boost the battery and it awaked. I didn´t test the battery at all, but it seems that the self-discharge is higher now. It does not work for 90 minutes again. Please Bissell don´t supply nice equipment, like this robot, with cheap/low quality/defective chargers!
