We are very pleased with the brother printer. Print speed and quality are great. We specifically looked for a printer with cloud print options because so much of what we do is printed from the tablet or chromebook. In addition we have the printer down stairs out of the office for quick access to prints, so the wireless feature is nice. It took a little bit of effort to set the wireless up initially since it was locally connected to any PC but we were successful. something happened on the wireless network with the printer and rather than setting it up again, we just plugged into the cable modem router the printer was sitting next to. The whole family uses this printer as is happy with it.

I did not know (who would) that if a picture or article has color, that it won't print in just black. On my old ink jet printer, you could print a color picture or color charts in black if you wanted to. With this new laser, you can't print anything which is colored in just black. I can't print color bar charts, or color .jpg pics. Understand, I know that this is a black only printer, but you still should be able to print bar charts in all black. So that is very disappointing. The speed is very good, much faster than my old ink jet, and the paper capacity is great. Also easy to feed one page at a time for special jobs such as labels, etc. I haven't been able to get it to print on Wifi, and support was very bad as I seemed to know more about the printer than the support person did. It's a rather inexpensive way to get into laser printing. I expect it should be better than having to keep buying expensive ink cartridges. And, if you want a printer that can copy too, don't buy this model. No copy, just print. I'm hanging on to my old ink jet too.

We bought this printer because our 10 year old Brother's drum finally broke down, and we decided to get an updated machine instead of replacing it. This new Brother printer was the same price as a replacement drum would have been! This printer is swift and sturdy. It takes up very little space. We had no trouble setting it up for wireless printing. We are extremely pleased we selected this printer! We already have a Brother 3-in-1, so all we needed was an extra printer for tough print jobs. This is working wonderfully. We would gladly recommend it to family and friends.

Brother is "BEST" again with the HL-L2360DW laser printer. I have owned dozens and dozens of laser printers, multi-function centers, copiers, etc., in addition to ink-jet units. Here again, Brother "Bests Them All". Ease of set up, including wireless network. Low cost of consumables. Fast printing. Few paper jams. Ease of clearing jams. Great software. This double-sided laser printer goes great with my Brother MFC-4620DW double-sided inkjet printer (also purchased at Best Buy). And Best Buy's price, excellent.

I'm a graphic designer, so I was actually shopping much more expensive laser printers for daily use. After looking at quite a few, and being personally biased toward H-P, I decided to give this cheap little Brother laser a try. I am amazed at how fast, how clean, how cheap to operate this little printer is. Also super-easy to setup. I printed a complex 24-page magazine from InDesign in almost exactly one-minute (with duplexing!). I only wish they made this in Tabloid size.

The printer was easy to set up using the install CD. I set it up on a desktop computer using a network cable to my router. After the set up was complete, I used my notebook computer that was wireless connected to my network and found the printer listed as a networked printer. I selected the printer and my notebook connected automatically to the printer and I am able print wirelessly from my notebook computer. After a couple of months the printer is working with no issues.

Super fast, prints double sided, is cordless, and works as a network...all important factors when I purchased this product. Not as crisp as my Konica Minolta, which is 12 years old, and is still going strong with never an issue. Can only hope it does as well for an equal number of years, and that it is as economical to use. Huge drawback: Big hassle waiting on line for Brother assistance: took 2 hours of my time. Can only hope I never have to go through that again.

I purchased the printer, knowing it's a black-and-white ouput device and desperately needing a high-quality result in bulk. I'm a writer, and what I wanted was a printer that could be counted on to reliably churn out dozens upon dozens of pages at a time without anything fancy and no glitches. So far - a few weeks - it's performing exactly as I'd hoped. I'm completely satisfied.

I have finally purchased an easy-to-use, reliable printer! I don't print very often and previous printers did not function the times I needed to print. My Brother L2360 is black ink only so the printer does not fail to function when I want to print due to only one color being low or dried up. So far it has been easy to install and maintain. I am very happy with this printer!

Needed a laser printer for my at home business start up. This printer is affordable, simple, and easy to use. It does come with a starting ink cartridge fyi. Only down side is that it is one tray, so I am constantly switching between paper, labels, and shipping labels.

Had an earlier version of a brother black and white printer, which is still working great, it didn't have wireless (AirPrint) capability. Saw this one on sale after Christmas and decided it was time to get with the times. AirPrint from my phone has worked wonderful. Easy setup, did it connected to a Mac, but now it's just wireless for phones and computer. It's noisy when printing but so was the last model I had, so I figured this one would be.

I was looking for a small laser printer that would fit my small desk/work area. After looking at couple of different options (HP, Dell, Epson) I was happy to have found Brother HL L2360DW. It is fast, prints double sided, and most importantly is compact which is not at all intrusive and a eye sore. It took some time to get it all set up especially with the wireless printing however once it was set up, it was good to go. There is also a mobile app which allows you to print from your mobile device.

Great quality output for both text & graphics. Quiet and economical operation. Fast to print; jam free.

I've owned this printer for about one month. Bought it for a relatively inexpensive price and for the relatively inexpensive cost per page print outs. I already have an ink jet color printer. Just wanted to have something for the many Black and White text pages I print out. This was quick to set-up. Works well with all my devices (computer, tablet, and smart phones). Promises to be a cheap solution ink cost concerns.

Overall, this wireless printer works very well. To me, it seems that the print is clearer and bolder than on my previous Brother laser printer. I also like that this sports duplex printing, which I have used a few times. I have been using Brother laser printers for about 3 years because of the small footprint, value, and ease of use.

After reading many reviews and talking to many people we decided on this model. So far we've been very impressed. The print quality is excellent. It was very easy to connect our various devices to print wirelessly. The price was unbeatable, all things considered, so we are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend it.
