I needed to replace my old Brother INKvestment printer as it was getting older and I really wasn't sure if I wanted to stick with Brother or try a different brand. All I knew was that I wanted an ink tank printer. So I talked with a Best Buy associate, and I still couldn't make up my mind. Until I saw this printer and noticed it was still an INKvestment printer, it was a scanner, fax machine(don't need), small screen for settings, which was an upgrade from my previous model, but what really sold me was that it has a duplex option. I haven't had that in years, so this alone will save me money in paper and being a ink tank save me money in ink as well.

Very easy to setup. Print quality is excellent. I have been using it to print Avery Labels, and the sheet feed does a great job. I would recommend this color printer, so far, it's done an excellent job

Printer setup was easy. Prints quickly and easily,. I scan a lot of documents and that feature works well.

Printer works great but is loud and can be slower than anticipated. It also often disconnects from my computer and needs to be restarted but unsure if that is my computer error or printer error

The IT guys at my work recommended brother to me awhile back. When my HP decided it no longer wanted to print color despite having new ink, it got the boot. I love the way the ink cartridges work on this printer and they are suppose to last a long time. It was very easy to set up and prints great!

This brother printer is getting the job done! It’s a wireless all in one and works great. Print quality is good and paper tray adjusts to accommodate various paper sizes including envelopes. I complete numerous mailings and this printer is perfect for my needs. I wish the paper tray was sturdier but that is my only criticism. It is a bit delicate, made of thin plastic. That said I don’t think this printer can be beaten for the price. I would highly recommend.

I had been using an Epsom as that was recommended to be most compatible with a Mac. With over a $400 investment it was nothing but headaches, ink driers up, constant need to purchase maintenance boxes, etc. I've only had this Brother for a week and it is absolutely perfect. Easy to set up, print quality is great, quick printing and seamless compatibility with my Mac. Perfect for our home use!

Really enjoying this printer over my supertank Epson. The price per page is still less, and the print quality is very good in comparison.

Bought this as a low-cost printer for periodical (3 or 4x weekly) use. Quality is good, and the scanning features are good. Does up to 600 DPI for scanning, which is sufficient for most of my scans. Footprint is fairly compact. I've been using this for a few months, and haven't had any issues.

I'm using this for a remote office and have this printer connected via WiFi. The Brother application for Print & Scan is well made and easy to use. Print quality is great. I haven't had to replace any ink, so I can't comment on ink price yet.

I love my new Brother INKvestment 4355 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet printer. It's fast and beautiful! I'm looking forward to never buying another tiny ink cartridge. The color printing is accurate and bright, and installation was easy. It holds an ample amount of paper, so I am always ready to print.

It is working well. It took a little bit of time to set up, but the scanner and color printer are nice. Only had it about 3 weeks.
