Excellent product with a long history to back it up, Have used these printers for over 50 years. The salesman led me directly to this ink saver model. Would highly recommend it to all senior's who occasionly print.

This printer is great. Love it. I am upgrading only because it doesn’t print on both sides. Giving it to my brother and picking up the mfc-j4335dw today. I’ll never buy anything but a brother printer.

Great printer/scanner for the money! We used it to download textbooks and answer keys for our children's home schooling. Works like a charm and has plenty of ink.

Replaced a canon printer that would not connect over Wi-Fi. Works well once it gets conneced

LOVE the tank style! Regret not going with the next level in this line that has duplex printing but still does a wonderful job.

The printer itself is fine. However, the support in the store was less than expected. Long wait for help, then when I asked for help the guy was cranky with me. When the support arrived, he was very nice. I stated that the printer needed to work with PC and Apple/Mac. He showed me a couple that would fit my needs. This was one that he showed me... it isn't compatible with any of our Apple products.

Good printer, but I had to give it 4 stars because it doesn't print double sided pages.

First off, this is NOT a tank printer. I knew this before purchasing but only from looking at reviews, it absolutely seems like it has a tank based on their advertising. Not sure why they’re even allowed to advertise it the way they do because it’s very misleading. That being said, it claimed to have 1100 pages worth of black ink, and I needed it for high volume printing for a couple months. I haven’t even printed 300 pages (I think I’m around 250) and I’m almost out of ink. I assume it’ll run out around 300 pages in. Now I know the 1100 page claim was an ESTIMATE, but 300 pages is VERY far off of 1100. I would’ve bought the competitions ACTUAL tank printer for a bit had I known ink would add up to this much. Im not sure what to do but I’ll probably end up returning it as it is not at all what it claims to be. Not sure if mine is defective and eating up the ink or they’re all this awful and expensive. Also the paper tray is really annoying to get out and put back in, and definitely seems more flimsy and breakable than it should be.

Excellent printer so far. Pretty quiet and very fast with monochrome printing. Color is fairly fast as well.

I like the fact that you have large cartridges that will last for up to a year.

The brother printer was easily installed on my new HP all in one. It also seems a lot more sturdier than some of the other printers I looked at.

Easy to connect and set up. It's fast, the ink cartridges are easy go install. Printing quality is great and it does it FAST.

This printer gives us mostly what we were looking for. You can print wirelessly and as well as copy and scan. But there is no usb port.

We returned this because it was very hard to get it to connect to our Wi-Fi. There's no screen to interface with and the directions only showed us how to connect with a button on the wi-fi which ours didn't have. When we did connect, it printed poorly and then stopped. It's noisy though. We gave up quickly and switched to a Canon.

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase of this printer! It is so much better than our previous one. We are able to get a great quality print and it is very quick in printing our pages! Well worth the money!!!

Works great though setting up was a little challenging. If not for that 5 stars.

I did not get full page printing (only 95% to 97%) when I attempted to print out my plane ticket on-line.
