My drawbacks on it is the life span of the ink is rather low, and the initial set up is a bit of a pain. If they could make the app software a bit more fluid it would raise the rating for me.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It been a pain to get it setup, went in circles for about 45 minutes and I consider myself a pretty tech savvy individual, if this was for my grand ma she would not be able to do it herself. The vendor doesn't even include a USB cable in the box anymore with this type of printers. Nothing against BestBuy, the purchase process has been smooth as always.

I like the wifi on this, and it comes with free ink for a year all ready inside the box.
