I’ve always had great success with Brother toner printers. This inkjet printer may be good for those that print on a regular basis. For us that print occasionally, it is a waste of money. I purchased my first one and got 6 pages of printing. I took it back within a few months and got a replacement under warranty. The replacement printed 6 pages and the next time I went to print the ink was dried up 100%. This is unacceptable!! The 6 prints that I was able to get were crisp and clear and quickly printed. I will not replace this printer and even with the inconvenience I will lad my projects on a thumb drive and take them to my local printer.

The printer is small and compact which is what I need for the small space I have for it. It prints very clear and fast.

So far no problems with the printer. The printing rate is pretty good! The quality didn’t disappoint either. Great printer for the price and easy installation.

Not the printer of first choice, but supply chain hang-ups decided for me. That said, surprisingly fast prints First red color print a little faded; will see if that improves with use. Quick set-up was not that quick following the printed guide. Struck out on my own and thing fell into place. All in all, for the price ($110), an OK printer for my casual needs.

Easy setup out of the box with minimal work. Prints very quickly and with a high level of detail.

This is my 1st brother printer was trying to get away from the cannons which I felt were inefficient on I should know an ink so far I believe the line that this inch had tank will last a year I guess we'll have to see I don't do a ton of printing but this thing does everything I needed to do. Printing out papers for my work or random cut sheets on electrical and mechanical devices

Easy to set up. Print from computer or phone automatically. Color photo print with plain paper looks amazing. Scanner stores document into pc folder.

Great printer scanner. Brother is one of the few manufacturers that makes native Linux drivers; that coupled with the ink was the primary drivers for the purchase. Had it for over a year now and still really like it. Individual colors are easy to replace and affordable for now. Plenty of warning to be able to watch the ink before it becomes a problem and is out.

I think I spent more time unboxing the printer than I did setting up the printer and syncing into my phone. Very quick easy to use VERY happy with my purchase. Prints very quickly with clear and precise colors.

Phenomenal printer for office and home use, my wife and I got this and print frequently also used to scan and send documents often. It’s never let us down and it is super user friendly I highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable easy to use printer.

Purchased this model of Brother, although I wanted another one, but no one had in stock. After installing the software, didn't install the recommended drivers though, it seems to be a nice printer. I will need to use it more to give a thorough review. I hope I don't need any ink anytime soon. The price is almost as much as the printer is.

Satisfactory. Occasionally it picks up two or three sheets when printing the first page of a small series of pages (i.e. print 1,3,5,7 9). Also, I don't know how (if possible or needed) to turn it off. Eventually, it shuts down. Printing is top quality, and I like the speed that it kicks out each page. Size is good, fits easily in a crowded workspace. And paper is contained within the machine, not on an appendage platform in the back of the machine. Follow the setup directions that does take a little time and to enable it to print, buyer must go online and download software for it to print.

My wife and I were looking for a simple home printer that met our needs, and we could print something without first going to another room to turn it on. We are very satisfied with this brother printer. It was relatively easy to set up. Works well every time. We like the feature, where we can be out of town and see something like a recipe or other info that we want to print out, we can sent it to our home printer from anywhere. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for this kind of printer.
