Great little printer/scanner for the money. I use it very often, it can handle daily printing well for a home office and scans very quickly at 300DPI if you need to scan lengthy docs.

I could not get this printer to be wireless..I spent 4 hours straight on the phone with Brother tech help and they could not get it to work wirelessly which they said it should. So I returned and got a HP laser printer..I've always had HP printers and never had a problem. I don't think that Brother makes a quality product and will never buy a Brother product again.

Issues with drum and toner

I have had issues with the drum on this printer since we replaced the toner. I am not sure what the issue is. I have called Brother's customer support. They instructed us on how to reset the drum settings. We do that and then some time later, the issues come back. So I am not sure I am happy with this purchase. I do like Brother's though. We bought a laser printer back in 2006 which we still have and it works perfectly. But this new model does not work right.
