This is a solid machine for the home office. It’s a little big for my taste but I prefer to deal with that rather than buying a new printer every 6 months. Easy to set up and gets picked up my mobile devices with ease.

There are a log of additional programs that come with this printer, but I am having a hard time getting good instructions on how to use them. The printer is suppose to be able to scan up to 19,200 dpi. The original software with the printer only does at best 1200 dpi. There is additional program "Brother Utilities" that shows you can set scan to 19,200. I tried 9600 but the program said some operation would not work at that level and reverted back to 1200. I tried the online manual, but could not find how you scan at 19,200. Other then that I find the machine works well. The printer has more features then a regular home owner might need. Some of the features seem more in line with office use like sharing features with other computers. If you want a simple home printer, I would recommend something cheaper, but it is still good for home use.

My HP Printer died and I wanted a good multi-function laser printer. This one fit the bill at a decent price. It is quiet, efficient and does a good job. So far I am quite pleased with my choice.

This is second Brother printer I have had. First one lasted several years. Just kept printing and scanning!

Prints, scans and copys well. Uses a lot of toner. The chip says it’s out when it has plenty more in the cartridge.

We bought this Brother Wireless Black and white All-in-One Laser Printer, which is black, for our small business. It is absolutely great! Printer and scanner! It is also a fax machine if you want a phone line.

no complaints at all easy setup also the website has alll the drivers you need and theres an app for your phone or tablet that makes printing on them very easy

This printer has more functions and compact able with most of Iphone and IPad (maybe works with Samsung). I like this one because Incan print any where in my house, even my desktop connection with wireless connection.

Originally purchased to scan larger documents packets. I works pretty good. I was able to scan maybe 50-100 sheets with no issues. Haven’t a done a larger document yet

It's a good printer for an individual or light office work. Print quality is good. For the money, I would purchase again. The only complaint is that the printer wrinkles envelopes during the print.

WiFi connectivity has been very stable so far. Very easy setup and minimal configuration. Prints high quality and since it’s laser, it doesn’t smear. Overall very satisfied.

Love this printer, the toner cartridgea are a bit expensive but i get the high yield which last me for months, very worth it and the pri ti g quality is great.

This printer is everything we were looking for. We use as a printer, copier, and scanner. We were especially looking for a wireless device to make it easy to use with all our computers and phones.

This is my third Brother AIO printer, the first 2 lasted for years and finally wore out! All functions work great, easy to setup & use. Brother makes great printers and Best Buy go it to me at a good price & quickly.

Works great. Love the wireless feature. Gave 4 stars as printing is a bit slow. It is a bit on the heavy side. The paper drawer is kind of flimsy. But for the price, we are overall happy with our purchase and recommend.

It comes with a cd to be able to install it and turn the wifi on, most of the computers now dont have the cd capability so i had to go online and download it in order to install it. It took me sometime, once i installed it work great!
