So far this printer works good. DId not check scan and fax functions yet. Prints on both sides. No jam. Did not like a top color. Simplified but popular model choice. Programming might be limited. Owned it for 1.5 months.

These are a great value in a Multi-Function machine. Copy, Scan & Fax ... great for home or office, I'm replacing 4 Brother MFC's that I bought in 2010 ... This is the next generation and even easier to use.

Good product. High yeild. Toner only. Toner costs around $70 every 3-400 pages. Prints two sided. Fast. Have not figured out how to scan in wirelessly though.

We bought this all-in-one printer for our small office during our work from home time and it works like a dream. The software was easy to set up on our systems and the images are pretty high quality.

This printer does double-sided printing with an auto feeder. I don't use the fax option. I easily scan by way of the optional, free Brother app. Plus, it often goes on sale.

It gets the job done. While the functionality took some getting use to, it became simpler over time. The quality of print is great. I highly recommend this brand.

Laser Printer is fast to operate it! Controls need a learning curve for all its functions. Best Buy warranty 2-3 year program is great. Would buy again !

This printer is good, prints quickly and efficiently. The toner that came with it, I believe shows it should last for 1200 pages. It only lasted me about 200 and I’m now purchasing more. So maybe beware of the toner.

No more complicated separate machine to coordinate. Great quality print. Love the idea that it can print on both sides of the paper, and especially that I don't have to use ink cartridges anymore.

I like the simplicity of the copier. I had to return the first one because of unusual noises. This second copier works well. I would buy it again.

Work horse for the office. We had one of these for years before paint got spilled on it and we bought the same model. Easy to use, great product.

Provided setup instructions is not detailed. Once printer setup is complete. It works with out any issues. Both print and scan works fine. Print can also be initiated through mobile.

This is an excellent printer that does it all. The print even in saver mode is clear and crisp. The duplex feature is a paper saver. Great purchase to work from home during the pandemic.

I bought this printer for school. It is great for all of your black and white printing jobs and I love that it is double sided. It isn’t as fast as I would like it to be but it isn’t bad at all for a home computer for the price!
