Best home and small office laser printer ever. Does a huge job like all the other big printers. It has all 4 colors of toners, with a slide tray super easy to take out and put a new one in, like in seconds no joke. 250 paper sheet tray and hold on for it, yes a bypass tray which means you can print using card stock or any other type of specialty paper. A super nice big tough and easy to set up screen, everything is there just like your phone, easy to touch and to set up. It has a scanner, it prints double sided, its color, and plus it has a feeder on top for multiple copies of a doc or a scan. It has a network port in case you need other users, it has wifi and it Eprints from your phone or tablet if your connected to the same network. Hands down, best $199 ever spent. Great job Canon, you came out in top.

I must admit it took me a week or so to get used to my new Canon Printer/All-in-One. Now that I have taken the time to get to know its features, I am very pleased with its speed, quality and versatility. It accommodates a great variety of sizes and consistency of papers, labels, card stock, legal, glossy, etc. This was a good choice for my needs.

I always had clasical inkjet printers and I believe I paid way too much for the ink cartridges that were too small for our household. I started considering the laser printer after I did a little research and found out the impressive number of pages that you could get from one just out of the box. I decided to go with the Canon since Best Buy had it on sale for an excellent price that I could not let go. Setup is pretty easy and fast. It delivers as needed. Does a good job scanning especially using the autofeed. A couple of cons: I found it faulted a couple of times but recovered every time after a cycled the power. I couldn't figure it out how to send the scans over to an email address. Overall it's a pretty good deal for the price but I can't give it a 5.

I needed a color laserjet since inkjets ink dry up and they are useless. Also wanted an all-in-one. Well this one only lacks faxing; otherwise it's a great printer/copier/scanner.
Few gripes: it's heavy, paper tray is small - holds maybe 50 sheets or less (much less than my older HP Laserjet). The auto feeder sometimes doesn't pass paper though straight and it messes up the original.
Otherwise, it's a good printer for the Black Friday price!
Got some parts with printer - not sure what it was for. No diagram in instruction about where it goes. No instructions on how to get to the toner. Accidently discovered opening front door all the way perpendicular slides out the toner.

I got this printer for my MacBook pro. Works great for my windows computer but for some reason anytime i try to work with my Mac, it wont scan or print unless i open the scan utility. With my windows, i can walk up to the printer and press scan and it works. Not the same with Mac but still great quality printing. Fast too

I have had this printer for over a year now and have enjoyed it’s speed and print quality. I don’t print enough to use ink cartridges before they dry out. Using a printer that uses toner has lowered my cost of printing a lot. The extra cost of the printer was worth it for the savings of not having to buy ink and being able to purchase toner from reputable third parties. I have had no issues with reliability or quality with this printer. If I had to make the choice to purchase again, I would.

I like this printer. It is functional, nice looking, and sort of easy to set up. Setting up the straight forward printing and copying functions is easy. Setting up the scanner is a challenge that I have not conquered yet. When setting up the scanner function, I lost the ability to print wirelessly from my laptop. So I can now only print from the desktop. And the scanner still does not work! Otherwise it tells me the printer is offline. FYI: This printer does not come with a cord to connect the printer to a desktop. The print looks nice and crisp. The colors are true and vibrant.

We bought this all-in-one printer mostly because of the copy and scan functions. We are generally pleased. It was easy to set up and copies look fine. The only issue we've had so far is that when trying to scan a 23 page document, we had to hand feed it because it grabbed too many sheets.

I got this as part of Black Friday so it was on a whopping discounted price. The printer is good with a lot of functionality, however be mindful that it is heavy to lift and will take upwards of 30 minutes to set up.
However once it is up and running, it has great results for printing, documents, pictures as well as a lot of features for even standard functions like copying, scanning etc.
The only downside is the touchscreen which is a little sensitive and doesn't really work as well as it should in my opinion but all in all it is a great printer if you can get it for a large discount.

The product in big and heavy, needed to have on desk instead of on top of hutch of desk. The wifi connection has gone off a couple of times, but that's do to my router. The only issue I had was the unit Best Buy had waiting for me was in a broken soggy box - got another from that shipment from in store. Connecting was easy (wifi), prints fast and the quality is good (even color) and did a laser iron-on. The 2 parts that may be a deal breaker is the auto feed is not double sided and the scan quality is not photo quality (didn't want to pay or that) and this was a good sale price.

So far this is the best printer I have owned. I was reluctant to buy a printer that used toner instead of an ink cartridge. The color and clarity far exceed inkjet printers. I think Cannon has won me over. Never have to waste ink {money} constantly cleaning the print heads.

Printer works great. Products are excellent and very easy to read. It is a bit large for a desk top location but the ease of operation off sits the size.

This was purchased to replace a couple of inkjet printers and an aging black and white laser printer. It prints, copies, and scans. The selling points were the fact that it duplex prints if desired, has color, and uses either wifi or airprint connections. I haven't tried printing hundreds of pages yet, but it is working well so far. I like the fact that is sleeps until the print button is pressed on a computer. So far, so good. The setup was pretty simple.

Tired of our ink jet printers always telling me it was out of ink then not printing black. Wasted lots of money for cartridges. This printer uses powder cartridges ans seems to work very well. Little pricey but should save money over the ink jets in the long run.

This printer was a purchase for my home office. The printer works extremely well and the features are simply exactly what we needed. As with most printers, setup can be a bit of a pain getting it on your wireless network since you're either connecting via an app to the device to configure it from your computer OR using the touchscreen on the printer itself. Once it's been connected to the network, it generally is a workhorse and duplexing was the main consideration for purchasing the printer.
What we dislike is that it will often show an error on the touchscreen requiring me to power cycle the printer. This happens approximately once a week. It's a minor annoyance which dropped it a star on my review. Other than that, if you're looking for a decent home printer and are sick of purchasing inkjets that last a single year, this is a good printer for you.
