out with the ink, in with the toner. this works pretty darn good. got sick of replacing ink all the time

Was told by staff at Best Buy that this printer also had fax capability….it does not. Otherwise good printer.

This product is well worth the money, it's a solid build and brand. No problem setting up and energy efficient. I recommend this product.

Good value for the price. Using toner is so much better over ink jet. Toner last so long & doesn't dry out.. Confused, however, why this did not come with a USB cord.

Great printer, easy set up and a canon quality product.

It's a simple printer to do simple things. It has been doing its job without failing for the past few months. I usually leave it off and turn it on when I need to print, and that connection time is about 30 secs. I'm usually just printing shipping labels and random work papers to read, nothing crazy.

Good and economic printer. For high volume of copies. Cons in the low resolution of the print. No color or fax. Good for documents and forms with no color.

While we like the purchase we made, the quality of print outs are not that great.

The printer was perfect for our needs. The two sided copying feature is a plus for our needs. Setup was a bit confusing but probably due to my needing to relearn terms such as LAN and such but help came quickly by a search online. The printer is a beautiful black and feels like quality was built in.
