Prior to yesterday I would have given this printer 5 stars. It has worked flawlessly until then. As of yesterday when I went to scan a receipt for a rebate I noticed that everything from the ADF was just streaks instead of an actual readable scan. Using the flatbed there was no issue. This only affected the scans and faxes that I sent yesterday. Also since this has been now discontinued the replacement plan is useless.
