Excellent photo printer for the price! We needed a printer primarily to print photos. This printer does a fabulous job. The photos are sharp, clear, and the colors are true. The individual ink cartridges mean we aren’t wasting ink. It also does a very decent job of printing text, making copies, and scanning. We especially like the large touch screen and easily read font size. It doesn’t have the speed and some of the automated features of other, higher priced printers. One does have to get out of the recliner and go turn it on and open it for printing. Not a big deal, a bit more exercise is a good thing! For us, it’s a great printer!!

Easy setup and compatible with my Lenovo LOQ laptop. I highly recommend this printer.

I had one from this family for 7 years, it served me exceptional. That's the reason I bought the TR8620a.

After months of research, i decided to purchase the Canon PIXMA TR8620a and i am so far pleased with my choice. I was replacing an Epson photo printer that finally failed. The color accuracy of the photo printing test I performed was excellent right out of the box. Setup and connection to my Mac M1 computers was easy and all functions are working as expected. I like having two paper feeders; i use the rear paper feed when i need to print on paper that is different from the standard paper that I store in the lower paper cassette. Just make sure to change the setting in the print setup window. This is my first Canon printer having used Epson four over 20 years.

Print nice but a little slow with photos. Worth the price. Set up easy. WiFi printing works well

This printer is easy to operate and performs well. It doesn't have all of the "bells and whistles" of other printers I've had but it does the job! And that's all I ask for.

its great! previous 2019 model broke, and this is way faster, smaller, and lighter. I just wish you could keep the screen lid and tray "tucked in" always so it would look better. If you do that, it wont print.

I purchased this printer in December 2024. I've contacted Tech Support more times than I can recall. I do not use it often but when I do, most of the time, I get a print error code. Tech Support is only available on the weekdays and only until 6pm. Not convenient for those who work. It just took about 30 minutes to print a 2-page document. 10 pages came out. Most of them are half of one of the pages and the rest are blank pages. It seems to know it did not complete the print job and makes another attempt. Now, I'm getting print error code 6004. On the flip-side, the scanner seems to be okay, and I like the fact that I can insert a memory card. Looks like I may have to go back to HP.

It just works as a regular printer. No issues with reliability and network connectivity has been stable

I really hope this pixma is as good as our last one. It worked over 10 years before saying call a service center. It keeps bumping itself off of the network every time I turn it off. I hope I can figure that out but it prints nice and a little faster than the old one.

Still pretty new, but so far so good. Print speed and quality if good. My only suggestion for Canon would be make the paper tray larger and easier to access. But I would buy it again.

So easy to use and works with windows 10 and 11 in printing and scanning. The print look so clean and even with the photo paper you can make some great prints.

I like this printer it easy to operate, I just wish Ink wisent so high
